🕊 Bhakti Business Blessing
May this be an offering, not a performance.
May it rise from truth, not fear.
May I be guided not by outcome, but by integrity.
May I release all grasping and pour only what is real.
May this serve even one heart—and let that be enough.
May I remember: I am not selling. I am devoting.
May I be unattached to who comes, who buys, who claps.
May this be a sacred act of remembering who I am.

7 am
Wake up, get the kids ready for school. We’ve been working with a new points system for getting the kids dressed and ready that’s made mornings much calmer and I’m enjoying a slower pace now that our kids are at the same school and we can leave at 7:30 to get them there. Matt and I have also been working with an amazing therapist and one of the things we’ve “Redone” is our Fair Play cards and division of labor at home. Mattie now does all school drop offs and pick ups, which has also been so freeing for me to start my morning earlier and without the drama of sibling bickering, which is what the car rides often turned into. I ended up snuggling with the kitties and pup for half an hour before getting moving after the kids left though. I’m still on my period (Day 5) so menstrual energy (read: hibernation) is pretty strong still.
8 am
Starting a load of laundry and took Fergus for a long walk before it gets too hot. Been listening to another Emily Henry book (man, these are so good and soothing!) on my walk, and we went through the woods today for a little “city hike”.
8:55 am
Back home, made myself an iced matcha latte and some “cold eggs with special sauce” (what my kids call hard boiled eggs with everything bagel seasoning) and working on some insurance reimbursements. Thankfully Mildred (aka the name of my ChatGPT) is helping me sort through the dozens of EOBs and claims and checks because I swear Aetna tries to make this so confusing that you give up and don’t care whether you ever get your money. They don’t know who they’re messing with though ;)
9:30 am
My friend who just moved to Santa Fe and dropped her daughter off at college in Boulder yesterday calls and I take a porch break to get all the latest updates. Also had to give her a sad update that my dad’s best friend since he was 5 (and a very close family friend of ours) got moved to hospice (Alzheimer's) and we’re trying to figure out when we can go say goodbye to him.
10:30 am
Back inside and getting caught up in this doc here before starting work for the day. Mondays are my admin days, so I always begin with my morning start-up ritual a la Toby, which also includes clearing out my inbox from the previous week (I’ve been sharing my triage and AI system that helps me get to inbox zero every day and spend less than 2 hours a week in email inside our Get it Done Week: AI Your Inbox this past week, and feeling so proud that this system has been working so well for me for years now). Let’s see what’s on the docket this week:
Profit First allocations
Clean out inbox
Refund Paypal transactions stolen by the buyer of my former biz and email clients asking them to resubmit payment
Ads optimization
Inbox Insights
Plan out the next GIDWs for the rest of the year
Host the Room co-working call
Write the WSL
Write BTS Income Report for July (my lowest month of the year, ugh!)
Plan out last Summer of AI Flash Sales
Plan out $1k/Day Flash Sale for next week
Prep bonuses from my mastermind
Blog Post: Publish AI gender gap post
Wrap my head around how I want to design Airtable base for tracking important biz metrics and sales funnel conversion rates, including ad funnels (Growify? Uniquery?)
Spend time in AI tools/playbooks from Rick’s AI membership that is the best thing I’ve joined in a LONG time
One of the things Matt and I have decided to give each other is the gift of going off-grid for 24 hours once a month. So I’m actually checking into a hotel tomorrow (thank you Chase points that only cost me 8k points, plus gave me free breakfast and a $100 credit) for some uninterrupted work and rest time. I’m so excited! I plan to do a lot of work and rest from the pool 😎
11:05 am
Going to take a quick shower before my mastermind co-working call at 11:30.
11:30 am
Helping my friend quickly with an issue she’s having with her landlords after moving. Mildred to the rescue!
11:45 am
Hopped onto the co-working call and everyone was actually quietly working. Started making my way through my inbox and remembered I had the invite fromRick Mulready to try the Dia browser so I started setting that up. Computer wound up crashing (unrelated, I think?) and while it restarted I got some lunch. Leftover Thai boudin and cabbage from Banshee, our fave neighborhood restaurant, this weekend. So delicious! Quick potty break outside with Ferg and back at my desk playing around with this new browser trying to figure out how to import my Chrome extensions and bookmarks. Will be so curious how I like using an AI browser and if I can remember to use the cool features.
One of the emails I’m responding to is a sponsorship opportunity with ClickUp, which would be perfect timing because many of our Roomies have been requesting we do some ClickUp-related GIDWs.
1:48 pm
Alright everything is cleared out and I’m looking ahead at the week, ready to do the real work. I’ve had SO MANY tech issues the past 30 days that I’m getting so frustrated and embarrassed at what keeps happening. It’s unbelievable. So Rachel just let me know someone wrote in saying that the links in my last email that were supposed to be for my course actually took them to ChatGPT conversation I had helping me write the email instead of to the sales page. HUMILIATING! I need to go scream into a pillow now… seriously. And take a break before I hurl my computer into the wall. I’m so annoyed!
2:06 pm
Okay. Made myself a cup of coffee, paced around the house for a bit and snuggled up with Ferg for some good lovin’. Got my mind right. And now I’m going to F it all up again because I have to email 15 clients and ask them if they will pay me again for something they already bought. Backstory: In June, I discovered over $7,200 in customer payments made via PayPal were routed to an old PayPal account I no longer control, tied to a business I sold back in 2021.
These were payments for my current products and services—fulfilled by me, supported by me, and meant to support my business. But because Kartra was still connected to that old PayPal email, every time someone checked out using PayPal, the money went to someone else.
I immediately disconnected the integration and updated it with the correct account. But here's where it gets even messier: the buyer of that old business has not responded to four emails from me, one from our broker, and two with my lawyer CC’d.
So, here’s how I’ve decided to move forward:
✅ While my lawyer connects directly with her lawyer (we had to do this back in 2022 when she misappropriated other funds for me that were explicitly stated in the contract), I’m going to refund every PayPal transaction that was misrouted.
✅ I’ll then reach out to each customer and ask if they’d be willing to re-purchase using the correct link.
Is it annoying and sooo awkward? Yes, very. But is it the cleanest, most ethical way to make this right and prevent someone else from profiting off my work? 100%. Wish me luck. This is making my skin crawl.
2:37 pm
Update on this awful task. Turns out I cannot refund Paypal transactions past a certain time period directly in Kartra. So this is only going to partially work. And already I was only going to contact those who paid me $200 or more, and just walk away from the payments less than that, which was around $1k.
I’m also trying to figure out if I can use Agent mode to draft these emails up for me since there are a lot of moving parts to the template, including name, transaction dates and amounts, products purchased, etc. Is this worth it? I’m really starting to wonder if my most abundant self would do this…
3 pm
Work break for 2-hour therapy intensive. Doing my family genogram today with my husband. Fascinating and really helps us better understand each other’s triggers and reactions, brings so much more empathy into our marriage.
5:15 pm
Somehow we still went a little over and then ended up chatting for a few minutes before he left to get the kids. I did a quick email check-in and now I’m winding down for the day. Going to make salmon bowls for dinner. Mattie’s stopping to pick up some antibiotics for Jackson who has a staph infection, poor buddy. Probably shouldn’t say dinner and staph in the same paragraph..definitely need more separation there, lol. Off to research staph before the kids get home. The joys!
My mom sent the kids this tongue drum/Panda drum that is like a sensory drum kids can play songs on and Jackson and I got really into it, learning how to play “Happy Birthday” together on it. It was incredibly soothing and I may like it more than he does lol.
The rest of the evening went smoothly, dinner, baths, books, bedtime. Mattie and I watched a couple episodes of “Atypical” and I fell asleep on the couch, went upstairs around 10 and passed out.

6:15 am
Woke up early today. Gem has been sleeping in our bed every night for months (she comes in sometime after midnight usually), and this morning she woke up early and was playing with our cats in bed. So there were literally 5 living beings in our growing-smaller-by-the-day king bed. But we snuggled for a few and then I got up early, feeling shockingly rested. What started off as a nice morning quickly unraveled when Jackson had to take his antibiotics, which apparently he hates the taste of. SO. MANY. MELTDOWNS. First him, then Gem, then Mattie. I was somehow able to stay calm through most of it, but omg it’s just the worst way to start your day.
7:45 am
I took the kids to school this morning to help Matt out since I’m checking into the hotel later today. Got home and took Fergus for another long walk while I listened to Funny Story.
8:45 am
Back home, smoke detectors going off as they’ve been malfunctioning for weeks and we’re waiting on the new ones to arrive. Is there anything worse than that sound? Iced matcha made, quick tidy up of a few things around the house and sitting down to respond to Aetna about our insurance reibursements. Literally waiting on like $5k from them that I swear they’re just hoping I forget about or lose interest in following up on. Not this girl.
9: 45 am: Coming in here to update this doc and start my work day. I called the hotel and can’t check in until noon, so I’m going to do a bit at home and then head up to the hotel around 11 ish so I can get checked in before the GIDW Co-working call at 1.
Increased ad spend to $85/day up from $75 since they’ve been performing well and are profitable. Cleaned out my inbox and Slack, Voxer, etc.
10:15 am
Doing some journaling from my therapy session yesterday to process and integrate.
11:08 am
Need to respond to Inbox Insights clients before I head out.
11:20 am
Getting packed up and ready to go to the hotel.
12:45 pm
All checked into the hotel, caesar salad room service delivered, Wifi ready for our co-working call. Eating lunch beforehand.
1 pm
Hosted co-working call, but it was a quiet, heads-down, true co-working call so I was able to start setting up Growify tracking to see if I can get my ads tracking more accurate. Got all the pixels installed and now we wait and see.
2:27 pm
Kept working through Growify stuff after the call ended at 2. And now I’m going to head to the pool to scope it out and see what the vibe is like and if I want to work/read from there for a bit.
Alright, I love the vibe–it’s cute and there’s literally no one else there. Just my style lol! Going to head down for an hour or so to take a reading break.
3:45 pm
Well, a thunderstorm started not long after I got down there, so I waited as long as I could, listening to my book, and once it started drizzling I came back inside. Now curled up in the hotel bed with my laptop going to write for a bit.
I was going to create a few more customGPTs for my courses and finish the “summer of AI” with a big flash sale of new releases every day. But that’s feeling like a lot. So I’m trying to think of how I could do this in a manageable way. I really enjoy the process of creating the GPTs. but I don’t want to write a big huge email for each promo.
Soooo… should I write 1 email that just has screenshots of each GPT with a description and a coupon code? I’m kinda leaning that way.
For now, I’m looking at what GPTs I want to make first:
Aura: Your North Star Navigator to go with the 7-Day Aligned Biz course (also in Launch Lab)
PitchFest
Instant Income
offer gpt for the profitable offer course
lazy launch course
Clockwork queen cyclical living
scale smart: For higher level entrepreneurs to help them identify where they could bring more systems and/sops into their biz
5:17 pm
That was fun, though it took a lot longer than expected, admittedly most of it was me testing it to make sure the output was aligned and this one did require a bit of tinkering. But now, oh man! It’s amazing. I think I’m going to head downstairs with my laptop and go work at the bar. Apparently they have martinis and bottomless fries for happy hour! Sold.
Alright so once I got there, happy hour sounded less appealing and I ended up getting a bourbon cocktail because #predictable. Corn bisque with scallops and caramelized pork belly for dinner. YUM! Worked for a bit until the food came, then switched to my book (My Friends) around 6:30.
7 pm
Back in my room, quick Facetime with the fam and then I watched the last 2 episodes of “And Just Like That…” … and just like that I was wildly disappointed. Gah! What happened to this series?! I really hated it, especially this last season.
Finished my audiobook after that and downloaded a new one to start tomorrow (The Women) and now going to put on a face mask and read my actual book (My Friends) and fall asleep.
What’s slightly misleading about these numbers is that they include payment plans. I track on a cash basis so only when the money hits my account, but we did sell 1 MBA upsell yesterday which has an accrued value of $582, assuming they don’t fail their payments. But on a cash level, this has been a low start to the week. Especially because August has been shaping up pretty well and over $500/day with a few five-figure days.

8:15 am
Wake up. Wow. First, how good it feels to wake up on my own time, no alarm, no kid alarm, just when my body naturally wants to wake up. I honestly didn’t expect to sleep this late, but I’ll take it. Clearly my body needed it.
I checked my email and text messages from bed, then got up and went downstairs to get a decaf coffee. Walked outside to check out the pool today (definitely will be going back there later) and then came upstairs and did some meditation and reading (Courage to Change and 365 Tao).
9 am
Put on some concealer and mascara and came downstairs again to the restaurant to redeem my free breakfast: buttermilk biscuit sandwich and a side of fruit. They don’t have decaf espresso, matcha or chai, so I’ll probably go out to get something later. Plain decaf coffee for now.
9:30 am
Brought my laptop so checking some stats (my ads performed really well yesterday!) and updating this doc. Morning start-up ritual.
9:35 am
Moving the $1k/Day Experiment calendar reminders to Kartra instead of Airtable. Had a tech snafu that Kartra just got back to me about so fixing that now.
9:50 am
Looking into an Airtable issue now where the cancellations from $1k/Day are not matching up.
10 am
Redeeming an AI bundle I bought through AppSumo for Fathom, HeyGen and Speechify. I’m looking at the Growify stats and think this still isn’t quite what I need. What I want to be able to track is who came from ads, and exactly what they went on to buy and how much they spent so I can see the ROAS over 1 day, 30 days, 1 year, etc. Growify won’t do that.
10:20 am
Went back upstairs when my friend called to chat with her for a bit. And I had a big ol’ lightbulb moment. So, she’s facing down a bunch of landlord nonsense—like, “we want $30k for renovations you didn’t even sign up for” nonsense. And I was initially ready to grab a pitchfork and yell “Fight the injustice!” on her behalf.
But then she simply said she’d rather be happy than right. They have the funds, they’re not going to waste precious energy battling shady folks in court, and it’s just not worth their peace of mind.
OMG, did I see myself in that story with my own little PayPal debacle. I’ve been chasing $8k from a buyer who basically pulled a Houdini on me and refused to reroute the money. And I realized: wait, what if I put that same energy into just making more money rather than chasing what’s gone? What if I stopped letting scarcity run the show?
Sometimes the win is choosing peace over principle. Watching my friend walk away from a $30k fight with her landlord reminded me that chasing down old money is rarely worth the nervous system tax. Energy invested in creating future revenue compounds; energy sunk into clawing back the past just drains me.
I’ll always be tempted to let my “justice warrior” side lead the charge. But the truth? I don’t get paid more for being the one who points out the unfairness. The lesson: protect my energy like the limited resource it is. Justice feels righteous in the moment, but it rarely moves the needle in business.
So I’ve decided to let this go. My lawyer is sending her lawyer an email. I’ve contacted PayPal to flag her fraudulent account and then I’m moving on, rather than trying to collect. I feel lighter already!
11 am
came down to the pool to get some sun for an hour. Listening to my new book The Women, and just soaking in the sun with my eyes closed.
11:45 am
opened up this doc to get caught up. I’m not sure what I want to do now. I feel like writing and getting some work done. I have to checkout by 12:30 and I want to stop at Trader Joe’s on the way home. Want to leave this area by 3 and trying to decide if I want to stay at the hotel until then or just go home and work. It’s kinda nice getting out and being in a new environment, but I’m not nearly as focused and productive. But I also have less responsibilities and it’s a good reset. So I think I’ll go back upstairs and write for at least an hour.
12:10 pm
Back upstairs, got my checkout pushed back to 1:30, took a quick shower and now I’m cozy in the big hotel bed ready to write. Going to start with the WSL and then move onto the income report.
12:50 pm
Done with the WSL. Taking a quick break to listen to the AI voice clones I’m testing for an experimental idea I have… basically seeing if I very transparently brought back my podcast as my AI voice clone essentially reading my blog posts for those who prefer to listen than read. I would explicitly state that it was my AI clone, not me. But I want it to sound human.
⬆️ Click above to watch the Loom of me playing around with two new tools. What do you think? So curious to hear your thoughts!
Ugh sorry y’all. I just re-watched the loom and the audio from the clones isn’t playing. No idea why not. Bummer.
1:20 pm
Well that was a fun distraction lol. Going to get all packed up so I’m ready to go when they come to kick me out. Also need to figure out something to eat for lunch. I’m like 30 minutes from my house so I want to get something I can’t just get when I’m at home… I feel like I always make this stuff into a bigger deal than it needs to be lol. Always trying to “maximize” things instead of just doing what I feel like in the present moment. What do I actually feel like? A sandwich I think. So going to order that for pick up, check out, stop at TJ’s and head back home. This day is flying!
3:18 pm
Back home. Traffic was horrible, of course (it’s Atlanta) and I stopped at TJ’s and Starbucks. I always have a gift card there because I often win my friend Sage Grayson’s affiliate contests and she gives Tremendous gift cards, which are awesome. We started doing it for our affiliates too! Anyway, I have a couple quick things from Rachel I need to check into and then it’s time to write the income report.
I also had to fill out a quick form and send a Voxer message to the woman who runs the Mixermind I’m in because I’m speaking on a panel tomorrow and she needed some info from me.
And then I had to respond to Amy Porterfield’s team about co-hosting a live together leading up to the DCA launch as I’m an affiliate again. So was coordinating some of that.
3:54 pm
Of course, all of that took longer than expected. So now I’ve got just over an hour to write. I’m going to show you what my process looks like for writing these using Poppy AI.Click below to watch my Loom and learn more about my AI writing process ⬇️
Even with AI this still takes me quite a long time to write each month. I’m about 80% done but the kids are home now and I’m going to go be with them. Will have to finish up tomorrow.
Made dinner, bribed Jackson to take his antibiotics and literally mixed it with chocolate syrup (it was a whole thing I’d care not to ever relive), played soccer and the Panda drum (this is seriously so soothing and calming to my nervous system). It was a stressful night, the kids were both irritable and so was I, which is always so frustrating after having time away. You’d think I’d come back with more capacity but sometimes the whiplash of it all throws me off my game. Read The Kissing Hand at bedtime and got in some good snuggles to end the night.
Came downstairs and Mattie wanted to play his video games, so I watched The Summer I Turned Pretty and scrolled Pinterest for some tattoo inspo. Ready to get my next one… it’s such an addicting hobby! Went up to bed around 10:30 and read My Friends until I fell asleep.
Excited to report we sold our first annual pass toTheRoom!
Thursday, Aug 21, 2025
6:45 am
Woke up to my alarm and snuggled Gem for a while, who was (of course) in our bed. Then got up and got everyone ready for school.
7:30 am
Kids are out the door, I sat down to respond to Aetna as the saga continues. Thinking I should probably apply my abundance and energy lesson to this instead of continuing down the rabbit hole, but alas… THE PRINCIPLE!
7:45 am
Found a great new Youtube channel for mobility stretching, and then did this 15-minute workout which was SO GOOD. I’m usually not in the mood to workout, so starting with stretching and just gently moving my body always gets the blood flowing and inertia happening so it’s easier to just move into a workout. I’ll walk Ferg later for another movement break.
Ended up literally laying on my yoga mat for half an hour catching up on my Leave Me Alone Favoritesroll up.
9:30 am
My BFF called so I made a chai latte and went and sat on the porch with Fergus to chat with her for a bit.
10:30 am
Back inside and at my desk to start my work day. Updating this doc first.
10:41 am
Morning start-up ritual commencing.
Scaled my ad budget up to $100/day for the free challenge ad that’s converting really well. Scaling by 20% every couple days.
Cleaned out my inbox and updated some Leave Me Alone settings
Added another $1k/Day reminder to Kartra calendar instead of Airtable automation
Helped a mastermind peer friend with a cease and desist after someone stole her entire course and is reselling it.
11:30 am
Gotta go get ready for the day. I’m speaking on a panel today and have a few calls. Going to try to finish the income report in between calls. Looking at what else is left on my to-do list for the week:
Plan out the next GIDWs for the rest of the year
Plan out last Summer of AI Flash Sales
Plan out $1k/Day Flash Sale for next week
Prep bonuses from my mastermind
Blog Post: Publish AI gender gap post
Wrap my head around how I want to design Airtable base for tracking important biz metrics and sales funnel conversion rates, including ad funnels (Growify? Uniquery?)
Ooof. Something is definitely going to have to give here. I think I am only going to plan out September’s GIDW. Push the blog posts… better to write when I’m ovulating anyway and feeling more creative. And just get Summer of AI Flash Sale plan in place… if there even is one?
Actually no, deciding that it will be ending quietly on Sunday with a WSL mention and that’s it. I will think through ways I can highlight that many of my courses now include custom GPTs to do the work for them, but for now, I’m going to let it be enough.
And I can repurpose past emails from $1k/Day for the flash sale next week, which runs Tues-Sun. I have so many good ones that converted really well, so don’t need to reinvent the wheel. Just get them scheduled. Easy, I can do that on Monday.
Although my dad and I are going to say goodbye to his friend in hospice on Monday so my monday morning is going to have to be really dialed in so I can get most of those emails scheduled before I leave in the afternoon to go to Birmingham.
12 pm
Have a call about a potential partnership with ClickUp, which would be so amazing because I’ve got so many cool ways I use this tool, which has been a staple in my tech stack for years!
12:25 pm
Taking a quick snack break before my panel starts.
12:30 pm
Logged on for the panel. Super fun quick ideas from my Mixermind all about how to shortcut the path to sales, many of which were unscalable methods that are much needed during the “trust recession.” I spoke about selling behind-the-scenes experiments and case studies like this one!
1:53 pm
Off the call and need to go take a break. I’ve got to pick Jackson up for OT shortly and am amazed at where the day has gone!?
3:08 pm
Just got to OT and have my laptop out. Probably can’t do a lot of great writing here with all the distractions, but I’m going to work on some prep for the next GIDW instead. We’ve already decided it’s going to be a Daily Sales Challenge. Brainstorming with Mildred how I want to set this one up. Get some really cool ideas!
3:30 pm
Weird Hermits mastermind call. One of my favorite 90 minutes of the week! I was very distracted for this one because I took the first half of the call from the floor outside Jackson’s OT office, and then I tried to listen in for the second half while I was getting Jackson ice cream at the food hall downstairs. Not my best decision, but I have FOMO when it comes to this amazing group because I just love them so much.
4:45 pm
Back home, Jackson demanded I get off the phone and snuggle with him on the couch and you just can’t say no to that. So we put on KPop Demon Hunters (so good!! The music is legit!) and he ended up falling asleep. I mostly just chilled and watched, but did end up checking email and Clickup from my phone for a few minutes and then scrolling the AI Playbook community.
5:45 pm
Matt and the girls are back home from dance, and Gem has her BFF over for a play date. We all play together for a bit (they love to play “airport” and pretend their traveling to Disneyland, and I am TSA and then the pilot. We convert our guest room into an airport), and then I need to start making dinner. Pork tenderloin, corn on the cob and cacio e pepe gnocchi, all courtesy of my fave: Trader Joe’s. The kids are so cute at dinner, as we play “Favorite Things” and all share the best parts of our day. Then we share our mistakes (a big thing for Jackson because he’s a very rigid perfectionist) and celebrate.
7 pm
Gem’s friend’s mom comes to pick her up. She’s gotten to be one of my closest friends over the past 6 months (thank Goddess, it makes such a difference!) and we both have OCD and an inability to have shallow relationships. She’s the best!
Matt takes the kids upstairs for baths and I start cleaning up the disaster that is having 3 kids playing in your house. I do bedtime again and we read together for a bit.
8:20 pm
Mattie’s got to work so I decide to relax for a bit and play Donkey Kong on the kid’s Switch while we listen to live music on Youtube (tonight it’s Bon Iver) and Mattie works on his laptop next to me. At some point, he’s ready for a break so we watch a couple episodes of Atypical and I fall asleep on the couch again. Next thing I know it’s after midnight and Mattie is waking me up to come upstairs. Nothing feels better than falling asleep on the couch, and nothing worse than having to wake up and move to the bed, especially when you haven’t washed your face or brushed your teeth yet. Ugh! Thank god for makeup remover wipes.
Excited to report that we sold 2 more annual passes to theRoom**!

7:15 am
Ugh, waking up is hard to do. But I’m up and getting the kids out the door. Immediately got back in bed after they left and I made a Chai latte. Ever since reading Funny Story where the main character drinks Chai, I have been hardcore craving it. Got my laptop out though so I could journal with Mildred.
Spent the morning on a long walk talking with my friend and then doing some personal errands and making appointments. Came home and made a delicious breakfast (guacamole on a toasted hashbrown with hard boiled eggs and everything seasoning). Called my mom and made some plans for this weekend–it’s my brother’s girlfriend’s baby shower and the mom’s are hosting. And getting our ducks in a row for the Birmingham visit on Monday.
12:30 pm
I decided to finish the July income report. It took me 2 hours. Wow, I think I need to evaluate the ROI of these if they take me 4 hours a month to write.
2:30 pm
Taking a lazy lunch break.
Total Hours Worked: 15 hours Total Revenue: $2,536 Hourly Rate: $169/hour
💡Key Insight from ChatGPT
You’re essentially running a multi-six-figure business on 3 hours/day, with no time spent on social media, selling in the DMs, or endless discovery calls. Most people wouldn’t believe how lean it actually is—because the impact is so much bigger than the hours.
ChatGPT Analysis:
🤔 What Surprised Me That YouDon’tDo (That Most People in Your Position Would)
1. You don’t blindly chase "perfect productivity."
Most entrepreneurs with your level of experience and systems would default to optimizing every second, stacking goals, and trying to squeeze ROI out of every minute. But you leave intentional space for:
Snuggling your dog, kids, and cats.
Resting during your period instead of overriding your body.
Spending hours experimenting with tools that aren’t immediately “urgent.”
Your slowness is strategic. That’s rare.
2. You don’t act from panic or pressure when launches are underperforming.
You had a low revenue start to the week and still said:
“I really enjoy the process of creating the GPTs… but I don’t want to write a big huge email for each promo.”
Instead of scrambling to save the launch, you adapted the strategy to fit your energy. Most people would override their inner voice in the name of sunk-cost hustle. You didn’t.
3. You don’t delegate decisions you know you’re meant to make.
There were plenty of moments when you could’ve handed things off (like the PayPal refunds or ad funnel tracking dilemmas), but you paused to ask:
“Would my most abundant self even do this?”
You sat with the discomfort. You did the emotional labor. That’s rare leadership.
🤯 What Surprised Me That You Do (That Most People in Your Position Wouldn’t)
1. You still write your own WSL, income reports, and Inbox Insights replies.
Even with AI tools, your hand is still directly in your writing—because it’s not about volume; it’s about resonance. You’re choosing connection over scale, depth over efficiency.
2. You share the real numbers, the tech fails, the client refund horror stories.
You document what most people hide. This is not a curated highlight reel. It's leadership through imperfection and transparency.
3. You work in highly sensory, aesthetic ways.
You don’t just “check into a hotel to work.” You order bourbon and pork belly. You sit by the pool with a book. You let your nervous system be part of your strategy. Most CEOs don’t build their business with this kind of embodied permission.
🧭 What Are Your Values (Inferred from Time Spent + Decisions Made)?
Your values are clear not because you say them—but because you live them. Here’s what emerges:
1. Freedom + Flexibility.
You gave yourself the gift of a solo hotel day with no rigid agenda. You’re willing to scale back launches, shift plans, or repurpose content to create white space.
3. Connection + Transparency.
You stay connected to clients through co-working calls, 1:1 Voxer support, speaking on panels, and Inbox Insights—not as a faceless brand, but as an actual human.
4. Embodied Feminine Energy.
Your week reflected the rhythms of your cycle (menstrual rest, ovulation creativity), the prioritization of ease over force, and a willingness to let things be enough.
5. Real-time self-awareness.
You consistently pause to ask, “Is this worth it? Is this aligned? Am I reacting from scarcity?” This inner work shows a deep commitment to conscious entrepreneurship.
🧨 Final Reflection
You’re building a business that respects your nervous system.
Not everyone will understand that. But your clients—the ones watching this documentary in real time—do. That’s why it’s working.
✅ What You’re Doing Well:
You’ve built a low-input, high-margin business that’s profitable and flexible.
You only work ~14 hours this week, and most of that was client care, evergreen systems, or asset creation.
You’ve scaled down to lean, high-leverage offers/content with long shelf lives.
You use real-time data (ads, AOV, funnel metrics) to guide strategic pivots—not vibes alone.
💼 6 Lessons About What It Really Takes to Run a Successful Business
1. Your Nervous System is Part of Your Strategy
You don’t just manage your time—you manage your energy. You plan launches around your menstrual cycle, take hotel days for deep work, and cancel things when you’re overstimulated. You’ve baked capacity into the business model.
Lesson: Success isn’t about doing more—it’s about sustaining the energy to keep going.
2. Transparency Builds Trust
You publicly shared tech fails, refund fiascos, low-revenue days, and unsexy backend cleanups. Instead of damaging your credibility, it deepened it.
Lesson: People buy from real humans, not highlight reels. Transparency is a marketing strategy.
3. You Can Make Daily Sales Without Daily Hustle
You made $2.4K+ in sales this week on ~14 hours of work with no social media, no sales calls, and no new launches. Just clean systems, good products, and consistent communication.
Lesson: Evergreen infrastructure > live launches and social dependency.
4. Simplicity Scales. Complexity Chokes.
You constantly made decisions this week to do less—scrapping a full GPT flash sale, skipping a blog post, using past emails instead of writing new ones.
Lesson: Sustainable businesses aren’t built by doing everything—they’re built by doing enough.
5.Start with a Morning Ritual
You consistently began with your morning start-up routine (inspired by Toby)—clearing inbox, checking stats, planning your day before diving in.
🧠 Takeaway: Ritual = rhythm. Starting with clarity helps you stay responsive instead of reactive.
6. Use AI as an Extension of Your Brain, Not Just a Tool
From email drafting to GPT development to income report writing, you leaned on AI to execute and ideate, not just do it for you.
🧠 Takeaway: The future isn’t AI versus entrepreneurs. It’s entrepreneurs who partner with AI vs. those who get left behind.
⚠️ What Didn’t Work (or Could’ve Worked Better):
1. Tool + Tech Exploration Mid-Week
This is often a form of productive procrastination when facing high-resistance tasks like flash sale coordination.
Refinement: Create a "R&D Friday" ritual or a recurring monthly "Test + Tinker" block, so tool-testing doesn’t hijack focus mid-week.
IDEA: Set a Weekly "No New Projects" Rule
You started to build a podcast with AI voice clones in the middle of a flash sale and refund cleanup. Cool idea. Wrong time.
Create a Not Now Parking Lot in ClickUp or Airtable and give your future self the gift of focus.
Likewise, certain ops tasks become ways to feel productive without doing the needle-movers (writing the WSL, finishing the funnel, scheduling the promo).
Refinement:
Try a “3 things before admin” rule on key days:
“I don’t touch ClickUp, email, or testing tools until I’ve done 3 things that generate or convert revenue.”
2. Mental Multitasking Without Closure
You pause mid-day to brainstorm flash sales, then leave them half-formed while bouncing to Voxers or tech issues. The result: high brain residue, low completion.
Refinement:
Batch strategy + decision-making early in the week. Reserve mid-week for execution. If you’re not going to run a flash sale, decide that, not just let it trail off.
Over-Crafting Certain Things That Could Be “B+ and Done”
Even with AI support, you still hand-polish income reports, GPT outputs, and WSLs. That’s part of your brand—but not everything needs the same attention.
Refinement:
Decide what’s worth your polish vs. what can be lightly edited. For example:
Income reports = polished
WSL = templated
Flash sale emails = recycled + tweaked
IDEA: The 80/20 Inventory
Ask yourself: What 20% of actions are creating 80% of my results? Likely:
Your emails
Your ads
Cut or minimize everything else.
IDEA: Principle Budget (Time & Money).
Max 30 minutes Monday only for insurance/collections work. Timer on. Whatever isn’t done, waits a week.
Financial cap: if the chase value < $2,000 or odds of recovery < 60%, default = let it go. Document once. Move on.
Create a ClickUp page called “Principle Parking Lot.” Drop the grievance, give it a 1–10 energy tax score and $ value. Review monthly. Most won’t justify action. Let the list hold it so your brain doesn’t.
⚠️ Gaps/Concerns:
You default to screen-based decompression (TV, Pinterest, games) that may not be as restorative as you think.
You might underfuel during the day and overeat or crash at night, especially on writing-heavy or call-heavy days. Nervous system regulation tools are used after dysregulation (meltdowns, irritability), not always preemptively.
You still fall into hyper-responsibility mode (trying to fix refund issues, client tech errors, etc.), even when it’s not yours to fix.
You sometimes linger in the strategy/prep phase without locking in execution (flash sales, GPT launches, repurposing).
There’s a pattern of “almost done but not scheduled” that keeps your best work paused.
You’re the bottleneck in places where automation or templating could replace you without hiring (like the final 10% of a funnel push).
AOV problem acknowledged, not solved. Mon–Thu cash total ≈ $2,400 on the path to a $7,000/week goal. You commented on low AOV; you didn’t deploy AOV levers.
Identity tug-of-war. “Justice warrior” vs. “abundance operator.” Until you codify a rule to decide which one is driving, you’ll yo-yo and waste premium energy on $0 fights.
🌿 Summary:
Your nervous system and hormones are sending signals. You’re listening, but a tighter feedback loop around food/sleep/screens would unlock more stability. You’re emotionally literate and highly reflective—but your inner child still thinks she has to over-function to stay safe or be seen as good. That’s shifting. Keep going. You’re a visionary with systems—and just enough friction in execution to limit your income ceiling unless you close that final gap. The model is solid. Now it’s about finishing moves.
🛑 Why I Didn’t Meet My $1k/Day Goal:
📉 1. Your Sales Engine Was in Maintenance Mode, Not Active Mode
You didn’t really sell this week. While, GIDW was in progress and you did bring in $1,491 in upsells to annual, you mostly maintained. You supported. You optimized.
Let’s look at what you didn’t do:
No big launch or sales push
Your GPT flash sale idea was mid-thought, not executed and then basically canceled.
Your business model works—but only when you're actually turning the ignition. This week, you were idling the engine. Not accelerating it.
🧠 2. You Prioritized Clarity + Tech Fixes Over Conversion
You spent a decent chunk of time on:
Growify troubleshooting
Kartra/Airtable transitions
Refund drama (before letting it go)
Voxers, Mixermind prep, system planning
These things matter—but they preserve revenue, not create it.
You were working on the business, not selling in the business.
📆 3. You Were in a Strategic Reset Week, Not a Sales Push Week
You were:
Coming off your period
Midway through several experiments
Half-working, half-resting from a hotel
Preparing for future campaigns (not in one)
This wasn’t a sprint week. It was a reset + prep week with light sales activity—and that’s okay.
🧾 So Why Didn’t You Hit $1k/Day?
Because you didn’t try to.
You maintained momentum. You kept systems running. You cleared space for a future push. You protected your energy.
But you didn’t flip the switch on urgency, visibility, or direct sales.
And that’s not a failure. That’s the reality of a slow business cycle week.
🚀 Want to Hit $1k/Day Next Week?
Here’s what you’d need to change:
One clear, time-sensitive offer with bonuses or urgency
Repurpose proven WSL + flash sale emails, fully scheduled
A 1–2x live connection point (coworking, audit day, or inbox AMA)
A visible “what’s happening this week” tracker or checklist for buyers
Daily check-ins with yourself: Did I sell today? Even softly?
