Now that ChatGPT has custom domains with sites, would you consider moving from HTML Pub to using that? I already have a subscription with ChatGPT, and I think it's available on the $20 a month plan or higher. Just curious about your thoughts with that new feature. Although I think, for political reasons and other things, you're more of a Claude person, right?

Referring to your recent ' I have zero ways to use any of my testimonials' post (migrating off Senja to BlockBuilder) ... probably a very naive question BUT are Google Reviews still a (valuable and/or worthwhile) thing that you use? Why/why not? And, would love to hear more of your thoughts unpacking this too pretty please ... anonymize their testimonials so they feel more comfortable. And having a clear terms page that explains how you use testimonials. Keen to know how this works for your business with Blockbuilder. I love all your questions in your monthly check in forms in our programs, great suppory there.

You mentioned this on the Jenna Debrief today about the more emails you send, the more sales. This is just an observation - Jenna emails like once a week and I think mostly has cart open/close type of model. Do you think her audience is "trained" that when she is selling something, they buy in that launch. Your model is cart-open all the time with flash sales, etc. What made you go with that model? Also, on that webinar - she gave a big bonus of giving away her Pinterest course - did that help with sales?

My other question is around ai. I listened to the last several telegram hours, so I’ve been hearing your thoughts and answers around ai with those questions. In one of the conversations you said you were creating a new Claude skill, and it would take you about 30 days to flesh out the skill and get it to where you needed. So my question is, how much time (and maybe sanity) do you think ai is saving you overall? Like, once you get it set up, do you have an estimate as to what that ROI is? I currently do not use any form of ai in my business (no judgement for those that do) so I’m trying to understand the ROI on it, and where you see it helping your business long term. Like, what systems are fully going to ai automation for you?

Hi Kate, how to you trouble shoot tracking on your meta ads when they seem to not be properly tracking sales. Is correct tracking really just the one copy / paste code that goes into the settings area of the “thank you page on Kartra” for the tripwire? Is that all you have set up for tracking for meta ads? Do you ever have ads that just don’t show you purchases as tracked and therefore the ROAS is empty. (For ads you have set up with a sales objective)

Hi Kate- I noticed you don’t include the detail (table of content only accessible once inside the course) of the course and I am wondering if it’s because of how easy it is for AI to scrape all the content off of websites for other people to then do competitive analysis and/or take ideas? Because of this I’m wondering how much detail I should include about coaching programs I am working on- potential diagnostic tools, Frameworks, etc. I guess my point is how is AI changing the game for what to share publicly vs privately ?

I’d also like to hear about how many replies you got from the ones you sent out recently and what you think might make them even more effective. You mentioned in the week in a life doc that you wanted to pull stats for this outreach. How would you go about doing that? I am curious about trying something like this for my next launch. My last launch I did Bonjoro outreach where I recorded one video and then sent it to a certain segment that were live on my webinar. That worked really well, but something like this might be good to layer in as well.

AI is changing so much every day and there are new features coming out so often it’s easy to get caught up in new things that take time that we should be spending on core activities like the weekly four activities you recommend. How do you prioritize what to spend time on learning and what to not do. I’ve had several chats with Claude recently about implementing new ideas or purchasing courses and Claude reminded me that they didn’t really support my main goals or that I didn’t really need them. It was a good reminder, but sometimes I feel like I’m being left behind or I have FOMO and it’s actually feeling kind of stressful. And - and I know you don't have data for this - do you think they're more or less effective for non-coaching/online course audiences? How did you decide to have a goal of $1k/day in profit? That seems like a big goal and I’m wondering if you actually need that number financially or if it was just the next step that seemed logical. I think most of us here want the calm business that runs mostly on evergreen without social media and with high profit. Seeing you maintain $1k/day in sales with a boring business is actually very inspirational. Howver, seeing you try to get to this new level actually feels a little bit stressful to me.😂🤪 So I’m wondering what your actual financial goal is for your business and if this was just an arbitrary goal or if this is a financial goal that you actually want for you and your family. ❤️

KARTRA Q: what system have you come up with to organize kartra sequences - in kit, they were all organized so easily and compartmentally and in kartra it's not as organized. do you move them all to airtable to keep them organized? for example, if you have 10 flash sales you do each year and you want to repeat them next year, where do you keep all your emails you sent to promote and sell the flash sale - so next year, it's easily to just repeat them without having to go on a goosehunt to find the whole sequence list (if you sent them in the main broadcast field).

I recently watched a very convincing sales pitch for a coach who trains people on Youtube Funnel Playlists. I didn't buy, but only because I prioritized joining the Room, instead! 🙂 But I would love to know your thoughts. She talked about how youtube gets scrolled by AI (or whatever the proper term is) and so it's a greate way to start showing up in AI searches and recomendations. Her whole thing was about creating a playlist that acts as a funnel and stop going for lots of views and start going for conversion. I know youtube could be considered social media but it's also considered evergreen... so I would just LOVe to know your thoughts. I have benefitted so so so much from your courses... How do you decide when to take a detour and when to stick to the path? In my mind, I am thinking of the story that you told about pitching Amy Porterfield's podcast several times and the one that got picked up was about no social (which is how I found out about you :). You were listening to your audience, saw the problem and offered the solution - this may not have been the path that you were originally going down, but you saw a gap and an opportunity and went for it - and now you have a following and niche. So cool to watch in real time.

2. for telegram - I think I'd like to try this for my "open cart" next week for Q's from the community. Is it really easy to set up & give to people? you just create an account then share a thread or something? have you run into any challenges with the platform?

When you have a certain email that sends out every week like the inbox insights email or certain emails for this membership, how are you automating that? Do you have a good way to automate monthly calls as well? That’s been a pain point for me and we basically just duplicate and reschedule them every month.

Was it more difficult to have an engaged Skool community when you had only 10 or 20 people inside compared to now that you have more than 900? What did you do keep engagement high, make people stay and brig more people in? How long did it take you to have more than 900 members?

I looked over your Facebook funnel from the get it done week and I can see why it’s converting so well. The messaging is spot on and everything connects so well. You said it took 5 to 6 months to dial in what was going to work. What did you start with and how did you brainstorm and strategize which lead magnet, which tripwire, which bump, and which upsell would convert?

I noticed you always link to everything. I need to do better at that myself. Do you have a system for the links and remembering them? I feel like I’m always looking them up.

I just got your email for the room about the milestones on certain dates. I love that idea. Is it just an automation that you set up? How do you handle cancellations especially if somebody is upgrading to yearly and they cancel the monthly to make sure they don’t miss out on milestones? Anything else that you’ve learned as you’ve implemented this strategy? Do many people take you up on the upgrade?

Happy 2026! 🥳 Excited to get the ball rolling and test this out. I will have my freebie, tripwire and bump offer complete this month. How do you determine the price? Do you use a standard pricing formula to keep things consistent as you add more offers to your shop? Thanks!
