🕊 Bhakti Business Blessing
May this be an offering, not a performance. May it rise from truth, not fear. May I be guided not by outcome, but by integrity. May I release all grasping and pour only what is real. May this serve even one heart—and let that be enough. May I remember: I am not selling. I am devoting. May I be unattached to who comes, who buys, who claps. May this be a sacred act of remembering who I am.
Monday May 19, 2025
Begrudgingly roll myself out of bed to take the kids to school. I cannot wait until summer schedule starts up and we can all sleep in a bit more. Even just sleeping straight through to 8 makes me a different human.
Back home after dropping the kids off at school, feed the dog and curl up on the couch with him for a nice morning nap.
Wake up, scroll my phone for a bit, checking emails and Voxer messages. Force myself to get up and go get ready for the day.
Quick consult call with a new couple’s therapist. Mattie and I are both huge believers in therapy and getting support when you’re having a hard time. I think stints in couples therapy before we get to a breaking point is what’s kept us in such an overall loving, happy marriage for going on 11 years now.
Sitting down at my desk and knocking out some work. I needed to create this new Week in the Life google doc, ended up creating the next few months and making sure the portal and email reminders are updated and scheduled accordingly. Finished up some other portal updates for $1k/Day, like adding the “Tools I’m Testing” section and the Monthly Experimentation Challenge
Hopping on my peer mastermind co-working call, chatting through our ideas for AI, chatbots and ads. I’m super excited because I’ve coming up with the idea that this is going to be the Summer of AI at Success with Soul. I’m going to plan several Flash Sale promos for my courses where I’ve added a customGPT bot to help people get better, faster results. I’m organizing a panel with my mastermind where we can share with others what we’ve been learning and doing behind the scenes with AI. I’ve got some blog posts planned on the topic, and I’m also thinking about some cross-promos I can do with my peers AI offers this summer.
-
Another idea I have is regard to the high churn rates I’m starting to see in the Room, which has been such a bummer. I have a plan to email all canceled members and offer them a 50% discount to come back for their next month, in addition to just having conversations with them about why they left and how I could better serve them.
-
One of my friends also shared an idea of using a checkout page with order bumps as a lead magnet funnel that I’m considering testing in future ads. Add it to the list ;)
-
Also realized that my ads weren’t tracking properly and these brilliant ladies helped me troubleshoot. In one case, my thank you page wasn’t set up somehow. In the other, I had an organic form also showing on the opt-in page so my tracking was off. Turns out, the ads I turned on last week are converting like this so far:
-
Spent $81.85 on EVG webinar ads, acquired 25 new leads = $3.28 CPL
- $0 in revenue, which makes sense because the tripwire wasn’t turned on and working. Fingers crossed we’ll see this change in the next few days.
- CPM = $54.64 (higher than the ideal threshold of $42)
- CPC = $1.49
- CTR = 3.67% (WAYYY above the ideal benchmark of 1%)
-
Spent $81.70 on free challenge ads, acquired 57 new leads = $1.43 CPL
- $22 in revenue, which is a horrible conversion rate (0.01%) but hoping this changes now that we have the right form with the right tripwire showing up
- CPM = $14.35 (this is AMAZING, as one of my mentors says anything under $20 is killing it!)
- CPC = $0.74
- CTR = 1.93% (also incredible, as mentor says the very best are 1.5%+)
-
Hopped off the co-working call and took a quick lunch break with my BFF, Fergus, who literally follows me every I go and is the sweetest boy in the world. He makes me so happy and I am so grateful to have a dog in my house again. Nothing else has the same unconditional love and loyalty as a dog.
Realize my Launch Lab call reminders are mis-firing, fix the issue in Kartra. Easy peasy.
Back at my desk, or rather sitting on the front porch with Ferg and working outside so he can get some smells in. And of course act like the vicious watchdog he is and bark at anyone who passes and dares to look at me. P.S. He’s 14 pounds of fluff. I digress, I did a little more research and planning for my Summer of AI and looked at those ad stats. I’ve been using Fathom and ChatGPT in Zapier to send me a transcript with specific notes for me from every call I have with important notes, reminders, action items, etc and it creates a ClickUp task for me afterward, which has been super helpful.
Reviewing my new Everything Page and**1:1 Partnership Program Page**, that I outsourced some updates to a VA. Been leaning into handing off a bit more work that usual lately and it’s felt really good to have support again.
Mixermind Pod call with a new group of amazing women. So grateful for all the connections I’ve made this past year. Here are a few takeaways from what was shared that might help you, too:
- Embrace flexibility and adaptability in your business model. The group discussed how rigid pricing and access structures may not resonate as well in the current economic climate. Being open to experimenting with different tiers, payment options, and access periods can help you better serve your audience.
- Focus on maintaining a healthy, profitable business rather than chasing endless growth. Several participants emphasized the importance of prioritizing work-life balance, managing stress, and not feeling pressured to constantly expand. Sustainable profitability is more valuable than vanity metrics.
- Leverage AI and automation strategically, but don't abdicate your own expertise. The group shared insights on developing custom AI tools, while cautioning against over-relying on the technology and losing touch with your unique value as the business owner. Finding the right balance is key.
Done with my call and finishing up my review and edits to those new pages. We’re about halfway done with Phase 1 of this project. Phase 2 actually involves me moving everything off Shopify and back to Kartra. Ahhh! I’m really excited about this change even though it’s hard to walk away from the sunk cost of Shopify and
Jackson gets home, get him some food, order UberEats for Mattie and I (totally forgot to defrost meat for dinner..story of my life) and just checking in with my boy about his day. He’s off now watching Youtube so I’m gonna get a few things done while he’s occupied.
Prepping for a list swap I’m doing with someone from my Mixermind later this week. We basically both wrote swipe copy for each other and will send it to each of our lists so we can borrow each other’s audiences. I’m pretty stoked to see how it converts!
Checking some emails and responding to a few 1:1 Client Voxer messages while I wait for Gemma to get home.
Kids are home, dinner is served, puppies are played with, Mocha Pom (our favorite pomeranian on Youtube) is watched. The kids love that we have a Pom and love finding other Pom vids to watch (and just funny animal videos in general). You can’t not laugh and smile, so it’s one of my fave traditions.
Mattie’s turn to do bedtime, so I got out my laptop again to finish catching up on emails (I really like to clear out the inbox every Monday as much as possible so I don’t have things hanging over my head all week). He came back downstairs and we turned on some music and I worked for a bit, while he played video games.
Work complete. Finished the last 2 episodes of Good American Family. HOLY CRAZY STORY! Up to bed around 11:30 and fell right to sleep.
Tuesday, May 20, 2025
What a difference sleeping in an extra 15 minutes makes. HOW?! Gem has a doctor’s appointment today that Mattie is taking her to (thanks Fair Play), so since I only have to do 1 drop off this morning we cant leave a bit later. Get everyone ready for school, let the dog out, meds all around and off we go!
Home and taking Fergie for a walk. Started listening to The Age of Magical Overthinking on Libro.fm (my new fave audiobook provider that actually supports local bookstores vs Bezos).
Back home, getting the kitties their meds and breakfast, Ferg his breakfast and making myself a smoothie to start the day.
At my desk and responding to Inbox Insights to make sure I hit my noon deadline, as I’ve admittedly missed it a few times recently. Responded to a few Slack questions too.
Did a ChatGPT deep research on Natalia Grace and the Barnett case. Mattie and I just finished “Good American Family” on Hulu and this story is FASCINATING. Must know all the facts NOW.
Upstairs to take a shower and blowdry my hair since I’ve got to be on camera a few times today. Made myself some breakfast (leftover grain bowl from Chop’t dinner last night) and listened to the private podcast feed from Ruth’s Mess of Success summit. Note to self: I need to follow up with my friend Cat about our JV webinar from last month and her sessions on making mistakes reminded me about it as I made one!
Podcast interview with Ash McDonald on her show Enough. WHOA! This conversation was sooo good. Talking about life without social media, but rather than focusing on the strategy, we spent so much more time on the energetics and mental health effects. I loved her so much. Another great connection from my Mixermind.
Off the podcast, catching up on this doc a bit. Emailing Cat now. Answering a few other emails quickly and updating some links in my bundle tracker with swipe copy and affiliate links.
Creating a poll for a Summer of AI Panel/Roundtable I’m co-hosting with my mastermind.
Looking at ClickUp to see what I need to do today, which is my client delivery and call day now that I batch work my schedule as much as possible.
- Host Room call at 1
- Update Room sales page with GIDW for next month
- Confirm Kartra affiliate credit
- Call with Sage at 3
- Call with Amy Porterfield’s team at 5
- Respond to Tara about blog VA work
- Respond to Jayce about VA work
- Respond to Voxer coaching clients
- Look into AI chatbots to replace Zapier and customGPTs
Catching up on a few open ChatGPT conversations I have going with Mildred (my bot’s name) to close some loops before the Room call. Then I’ll do some of those other tasks between my next calls. My brain isn’t feeling like starting anything right now, so going with that. Also going to take the dog out for some sunshine and potty break, get the mail, take my meds that I forgot to take this morning (oops!) and NOW sitting down for 10 minutes of brainstorming with Mildred.
Hosting the co-working call for the Room, as we close out May’s Get it Done Week on tripwire funnels.
Since this is a co-working call, I’m chatting with Mildred about an existential crisis that just popped up for me about my business… wanting to work with more established, advanced entrepreneurs but feeling like my audience is full of beginners. Looking at my messaging and my offer suite, which then led to me thinking that instead of having these larger umbrella courses like “Email Empowerment Engine” that covers all things email marketing, I should break those courses up into micro-offers that give people 1 specific quick win, like a welcome series toolkit. Which led me to rethinking my entire business model and then wanting to look at the data to ground myself. So here’s what I can see from Shopify only:
🏆 Best-Sellers by Volume = Low-Lift, Hyper-Specific, Beginner-Friendly Offers
Top 5 by units sold:
- Beyond the Scroll ($9) – Static IG grid with templates
- Simple + Sustainable SEO ($222-ish) – Traffic without social
- Blog Optimization Checklist – Checklists = crack for Accumulators
- Browsers to Buyers – Easy wins: tripwires, bumps, upsells
- Evergreen Funnel Formula – Blueprint clarity
👉 These are pain-point-specific, clear ROI, and tactically focused.
People LOVE:
- Low-cost
- High-utility
- Beginner-accessible
- Easy implementation
💰 Top Revenue Drivers = Mid-High Ticket Coaching + One Signature Course
- Simple + Sustainable SEO = $5.4K in net sales on a single product
- 1:1 calls + Voxer coaching = High margin, low volume = loyalist gold
- Inbox Insights / The Room = Accountability & access = high stickiness
- Evergreen Funnel Formula = Big picture clarity + automation = yes please
This shows that:
- Your buyers do spend money — when the result is clear.
- They crave access to you and your eyes on their work.
- Your best revenue generators are either super strategic or support-based.
So this basically proves my theory. I’m so glad I’m meeting with my friend Sage in an hour so I can pick her brain about this too, and my mastermind later this week. So many swirling thoughts !
Room co-working call complete. Going outside with the pup for a little break and some sunshine. Responding to some Voxer messages with Rachel and a client. It feels so good to have Rachel back, and Jayce is back helping me with a few one-off projects too. Got myself a snack (finished off a roll of Samoa girl scout cookies…the best!) and chatted with Mattie for a minute.
Going to email Tara back and finally get started on these blog posts I’ve been wanting to hand off.
Call with Sage. I wanted to see how she manages so many offers using Kajabi since I’m leaving Shopify this summer and moving everything to Kartra, which functions quite similarly to Kajabi.
Just hopped off with Sage, we can gab forever. So grateful for friends who get it and can help you talk through things that your brain is swirling about. Uploaded the call to Mildred afterward too and got some tough love, like this nugget:
You are absolutely overthinking it—and that’s okay! It just means your brain is doing that very human thing where it tries to protect you from making a “wrong” decision by making every decision feel huge and irreversible.
But here’s the truth, friend:
This is a systems shift, not a soul shift. It’s not about changing your purpose, your values, your audience, or your vision. It’s about rearranging the furniture in the house so it flows better. That’s it.
💡 Try this mental reframe:
“This is not a pivot. It’s a polish.”
You’re not burning anything down. You’re shining things up. You’re making it more intuitive—for you and your buyers. You’re giving people more ways to say “yes.” That’s all.
🧠 Likely Unconscious Thoughts Fueling the Spiral:
- “If I choose the wrong structure, I’ll lose momentum and sales.” → Translation: My business success is fragile and one misstep could break it.
- “If it’s not perfect, people will be confused and won’t buy.” → Translation: My business only works if I get everything exactly right. There’s no room for error.
🔄 Turnaround 1 (to the opposite): “My business works even when I get things wrong.” → And how do we know? Because it already has. You’ve “messed up” emails, tech, copy, pages—and yet people still buy. People still thank you. Your business still makes money.
- “I’ve already put in so much work—what if it was a waste?” → Translation: Changing my mind means I failed.
- “I need to find the ‘right’ way to do this before I can move forward.” → Translation: There is one right answer and I don’t trust myself to find it.
🔄 Turnaround 1 (to the opposite): “There are many right answers, and I only have to choose one to move forward.” → This is so freeing. You're not defusing a bomb—you’re setting up a lemonade stand. You can rearrange the table. Try a different sign. Move it to a new corner next week. IT’S FINE.
- “I don’t want to overwhelm people with choices.” → Translation: I’m responsible for other people’s confusion, indecision, or regret.
Too many products” isn’t the problem— Poor merchandising is. It’s not about how many products you have. It’s about how clearly you present them.”
Retailers have entire catalogs or shops with 10,000+ SKUs. And people don’t get overwhelmed—if there’s:
- Clear signage.
- Categories that make intuitive sense.
- Filters to help people narrow down choices.
- A guided path to find “what’s right for me.”
Your business is no different.
- “If this doesn’t work, I’ll look flaky or unprofessional.” → Translation: I need to appear like I have it all figured out to be respected.
- “If I let go of [Launch Lab / Shopify / umbrella bundles], I’m losing a part of my identity or progress.” → Translation: My worth is tied to how much I’ve built and how I’ve been perceived so far.
You’ve got this. You’re not crazy. You’re just a thoughtful person who cares about getting it right. But the stakes are so much lower than your brain is making them. You’re safe to move forward. And also Stop worrying about confusing your people.
They’re not confused. You are. 🙃
One thing that helps me when I get caught up in online biz bullshit is to think about how traditional businesses and successful retailers handle something. For example,
Traditional retailers know: too few options can actually hurt revenue. Options can increase conversions when done right. Why?
- Not everyone wants the same level of depth or support.
- Some want DIY, others want hand-holding.
- Some are price-sensitive, others value convenience or speed.
They’d say:
“If you only have one way to serve people, you’re leaving money on the table.”
✅ The key is choice with structure. Think: guided menus, decision flows, curated bundles.
The #1 cause of overwhelm in buyers is lack of confidence—not choice.
Traditional commerce knows that the overwhelmed buyer isn’t really saying, “There’s too much to pick from.” They’re usually saying:
- “I’m scared I’ll choose wrong.”
- “I don’t know what’s right for me.”
- “I don’t trust myself to decide.”
Your job isn’t to limit options—it’s to increase confidence in the decision.
- Use social proof, testimonials, “best for” labels.
- Share buyer stories (“If you’re X, then this is for you.”)
- Offer 1-on-1 consultations or decision tools.
You don’t need fewer offers. You need better architecture. People don’t need less to choose from—they need more clarity on how to choose.
Done live journaling with Millie, feel a million times better and more clear.
Call with AP’s team about the DCA launch this Fall.
Just got off the DCA call, excited about what’s coming up. One of the reasons I do DCA every year (other than because I believe in the power of it), is because I learn so much through osmosis. Seeing how an extremely successful company launches products, what they’re seeing work/not work, and I get an inside track into that at a level that I have no desire to reach myself (not that I wouldn’t take $100M, but I’m not willing to do what it takes to get there myself lol). Anyway, even this call was a really helpful sneak peek into how they do things and why. And I feel pretty honored because they’re only having 18 affiliate partners this year, compared to 200+ in years past, and I’m one of them. EEEEEE! Nice ego boost 😜
Wednesday, May 21, 2025
Wake up in a tizzy (Fergalicious kept us up all night because he was so anxious with this big thunderstorm we had) and rushed around to get ready so I could get the kids to school on time, then run to the grocery store to get treats to donate for Gem’s ice cream party today and get back to her school in time for her Pre-K graduation ceremony, which was the cutest thing ever. Got myself an extra large latte at Starbucks too.
Back home and talking to my friend while letting the dog out and getting everyone their meds, including myself this morning! Then had to reach out to our vet to get Fergus scheduled for his first visit now that he’s officially ours, and also dealing with switching the cats from thyroid meds to a special diet food for hyperthyroidism and it’s been a pain in the A to get the prescription and everything ordered. Sheesh!
Sitting down to work, and starting by responding to a client Voxer message. I’m going to set up some automated check-ins for her via Airtable too, which I’m excited about testing out. This is one of my Partnership clients so she has unlimited access to me and it’s one of my fave things to be in such deep relationship with my clients like this with some many touchpoints throughout each week.
Alright that’s all set up. Looking at my to do list for today now. Got distracted and answered a few quick emails. I feel sooo free to only be managing my inbox now, and with AI, it’s become a breeze now that I’m not also keeping up with the customer service helpdesk. Thank Goddess Rachel is back. Actually need to send her a Voxer right now. And I’m now going down the rabbit hole of what else I can outsource to Rachel because it’s felt so great having more support and I want more of it and adore working with her.
Whew, that really did turn into a rabbit hole. Just got off a long Zoom with Rach and am so excited about what we’re cooking up. Ended up doing a lot of chatting with Mildred about the math of making this is all work out so I don’t repeat bad patterns, learn from my mistakes in past hiring and evolve.
Responded to a great question about Zones of Genius in the $1k/Day Voxer channel.
Took a quick lunch break with Fergie and now moving outside to spend the rest of the afternoon actually working on my to do list now. Yikes, the hiring stuff ended up taking a lot more time than I planned for (which was zero lol) but I’m glad. I’m sooo excited about this and can’t wait to bring Rachel back on in a bigger capacity again!
To Do List:
- Write summit email promos + list swap email
- Write WSL
- Update Room sales page with GIDW for next month
- Confirm Kartra affiliate credit
- Look into AI chatbots to replace Zapier and customGPTs
- Summer of AI plans
On my porch with my buddy, Ferg. Time to write some email promos. Starting with the list swap.
List swap email done. Friend is calling with an update going on in her life so taking a quick break.
Filled out a quick form for Ash’s podcast I was on yesterday.
Writing the June Jumpstart email promo.
Gotta love swipe copy and AI. Got that one written in <10 minutes. Now time to write the WSL.
This is taking longer because I’m doing the blog post for the GIDW winners as well. I’m taking a break now to record a loom SOP for Rachel about how to do all of this because she’s going to be taking over this task for me next month. Yahoo!
Oof, recording SOPs is not my favorite, I should’ve done it while I was doing the task instead of after the fact, but it’s done now and off my plate before I know it. Whoop! Now finishing up the WSL.
Time to shut it down for the night and go be with my fam. Jackson just got home and lost another tooth, little cutie!
My schedule got hijacked today in the best way. I’m not mad about it at all. There’s always tomorrow.
Thursday, May 22, 2025
Woken up by Jackson upset that the tooth fairy didn’t come. FUDGE! We forgot. I quietly got a couple bucks out of my wallet and went into his room to comfort him and slipped it under his pillow. When he went to check again it was there even though she didn’t take his tooth or his letter. He said, “maybe it’s because I have ADHD.” Poor buddy. I laughed and said “Sounds like the tooth fairy has ADHD.” He laughed and all was well again. She magically came back while he was at school and took his tooth and left an apology note ;)
Took a shower and got ready since I was up and we have his Kindergarten ceremony this morning. Got the kids ready and out the door.
Home from drop off, getting all the animals and myself fed and medicated and then it was back to Jackson’s school for his awards. He was speaking today and he did so great even though he was really nervous. So proud of him, and he won a bunch of awards which is always a nice parenting ego boost.
Back home and taking the dog out, making a quick breakfast snack and heading out to the front porch to work for a bit with my buddy Ferg.
Sitting down at my laptop, catching up on this doc and going to tally daily revenue for the week as I realized I forgot to do that. And then just going through my morning start-up ritual with Toby.
OMG! The VIP Soul Circle, our community where I host everything outside of FB groups, has disappeared. Like it’s just not there anymore. I got a note from two people saying they couldn’t access the channel and when I login to the admin side, the workspace is just gone. WTF?! Did we get hacked? I just frantically emailed Slack’s customer support email because they don’t have live chat which is just like WTF? It’s 2025. At least have a bot. And that’s all I can do for now. Maybe this is a sign from the universe to move our community away from Slack?
Decide I need to make a new customGPT for myself that is a tough love biz coach who uses The Model/CTFAR as I feel like I’m having lots of trashy thoughts lately and sometimes just need a good kick in the pants mirror to show me what’s really going on here.
OMG this is a morning of distractions. Between doing this GPT, the Slack issue and now my VA is bailing on me at the last minute on a big project we were supposed to do in June, I’m feeling all scrambled up. Got some really good coaching from my new GPT on how to handle the situation and am going to find someone more reliable to complete the move from Shopify to Showit/Kartra. Know anyone?
Oof, where did the morning go? Not my most focused. Let’s see what is on my to do list:
- Confirm Kartra affiliate credit
- Pay out affiliates
- Update Room sales page with GIDW for next month
- Look into AI chatbots to replace Zapier and customGPTs
- Summer of AI plans
I’ll start with the first 2 because they’re quick and I’ve got my mastermind call in 9 minutes now.
Mastermind call. Didn’t even get done with 1 of my tasks above, so worked on them a bit in the background during my call. Got my affiliates paid out and working through my Kartra spreadsheet to verify who earned $200 in KKCredit by signing up with my link.
Hopped right off my mastermind and straight into therapy.
Done with therapy and journaling afterwards to help with integration. This is such an important part of the work for me and what self-care really means, not just getting a mani-pedi.
Moved onto the couch after taking a quick break to let the dog out, give him a treat and some snuggles, and brought my laptop with me as energy is suuuuper lagging right now. That early morning wake up is catching up with me. Got myself another Diet Coke. I’m so addicted.
On the couch with my laptop and just published April’s Income reportwhich is how I made $20k with a big emphasis on neurodivergence, a primary theme of my month.
Finishing up my Kartra affiliate verifications.
Responding to a couple timely emails since I’ll be headed out of the office through Monday after this evening. Gotta get my interview scheduled for the Art of Rest retreat I’m speaking at next month, and fill out the application and details.
Setting up a couple things for a JV webinar I’m hosting with my friend Nat Gingrich next month for MBA.
Another day wondering where the time went?! I wish I didn’t always feel like I needed 2 more hours to fit everything in, including rest and play.
Trying to troubleshoot the Slack thing again. Not working still. Ugh! Is this a sign I need to move to a new platform?
Updating the Room sales page for new GIDW.
Complete!!! Kids are home, getting dinner ready and shutting down for the night.
Friday, May 23, 2025
Kids Slept in this morning, met a friend from high school for coffee and a walk (I hadn’t seen her in almost 20 years but I ran into at Target at couple weeks ago and turns out we live super close to each other) and we had a super deep and affirming conversation that felt like an exhale. Drove up to Doraville to get a new tattoo (I’m OBSESSED!!) and talked to Rachel about personal life updates during my drive. Came home, snuggled my pup. Had our first couples therapy session with our new therapist whom I ADORED and now it’s time to pick our kiddos up from school. What a full in the best way Friday. This is freedom friends! Have a great weekend! Xx, Kate
Final Roundup
Hours Worked by Day + Revenue Earned
Total Hours Worked: 22.5 Total Revenue: $4,076 Hourly Rate: $181.16
Top Product Sales by Revenue:
- Sponsor Spotlights****: $2,850
- Voxer Coaching: $366
- The Room: $291
- 1:1 Call: $222
- $1k/Day Experiment:$93.50
ChatGPT Analysis: I love uploading my diary to ChatGPT at the end of the week. Why? Because:
- I want to see where my time and energy actually went (not where I think it went).
- I want to run a business rooted in enoughness, not endlessness.
- And because I know you’re watching, learning through osmosis, and building your own social-free empire.
So here’s what my ChatGPT had to say about this week:
🎯 What Went Well
- I made $4,076 in revenue working ~22.5 hours, averaging $181/hour—and not once did I post on social media or host a live launch.
- I stayed rooted in what matters: coaching clients, delivering results, refining systems, showing up as a calm CEO—not a content tornado.
- I pivoted in real time. Mid-call identity spiral? Turned it into a business clarity breakthrough and an upgraded offer suite.
- I let parts of the business run without me (thank you automations + team + past-Kate).
- I protected my energy by not filling every blank space with more work. Porch time counts. Coffee dates are ROI.
💡 Steal this: Design your business to run without you every day. Then intentionally choose when to plug back in.
What Didn't Work (or Could Have Worked Better)
- I still did too many $10/hr tasks myself. (Affiliate link checks, formatting emails, updating spreadsheets—why tho?)
- My work time wasn’t always batched. I bounced from Slack to blog edits to Voxer to ad stats like I was on an entrepreneurial obstacle course.
💡 Steal this:
- Pick a power project per week. Just one. The thing that moves the needle. Don’t flirt with 10 tasks. Go deep on one mission.
- Honor your energy type. If you’re a Generator like me, you need to respond—not initiate from pressure. Let clarity ripen.
- Only do what only you can do. Delegate anything that makes you sigh before you start. That’s your cue.
- Define “done.” Good enough is often great. Stop over-improving things that already work.
- Put a sticky note on your laptop: Is this the best use of my brain right now?
👩🏻🔬 $1K/Day Results
Average daily revenue: $815/day Profit margin: High. Sanity intact.
I didn’t launch. I didn’t post on social. I didn’t pull a 40-hour week.
What I did do? → Delivered value to clients. → Refined backend systems. → Prioritized rest + recovery. → Made intentional, aligned sales every single day.
This week’s takeaway: You don’t need a massive audience, a constant launch cycle, or a trending Reel to grow. You need clarity, systems, and a rhythm that works with your life—not against it.
This is the $1k/Day Experiment in motion.
🪞Want to Do This Too?
Try tracking your work time for one week—just jot down what you’re doing and when. Then reflect:
- What earned money?
- What drained energy?
- What could’ve been deleted, delegated, or delayed?
- Don’t just track what you did. Track what you didn’t do—and what still worked.
This isn’t just self-reflection—it’s how you scale sustainably. And I’m here for it.
