🕊 Bhakti Business Blessing

May this be an offering, not a performance. May it rise from truth, not fear. May I be guided not by outcome, but by integrity. May I release all grasping and pour only what is real. May this serve even one heart—and let that be enough. May I remember: I am not selling. I am devoting. May I be unattached to who comes, who buys, who claps. May this be a sacred act of remembering who I am.

8 am

Wake up. Oh my gosh, we just had one of the busiest weekends we've ever had!

  • My parents came to town for the weekend because Jackson turned 8 on Friday and my mom turned 70. They're birthday twins.
  • I had 9 people over for dinner to celebrate.
  • Saturday, Jackson had 2 soccer games, and we babysat my nephew that night while watched all the college football games in all our “free” time.
  • Sunday, we hosted 4 kids for Jackson's birthday party and took them to the Spider-Man movie. Gemma had a birthday party of friends to go to. Thankfully, my parents were here to take her to that.
  • Jackson had piano lessons, and Gemma had ukulele.
  • We went to Hibachi for a final birthday celebration.
  • I went to bed at 8:30 last night because I was completely wiped! I slept almost 12 hours straight and could have kept sleeping longer, but wanted to come say goodbye to my dad this morning before he left.
  • Thankfully, my mom is staying 1 more day because the kids have a half day at school today (WTF!). She's going to help with the kids so I can work.

Man, it was a lot! This week is a very full call week, as well. And then I go to Vegas on Monday to meet Rachel to celebrate my birthday and do some work by the pool. My mother-in-law arrives on Wednesday and is staying for a week and a half, so it has just been busy, busy, busy over here! All good things but this introvert’s battery is at negative right now.

8:20 am

Saw my dad off, made myself a cup of coffee with the Cookie Butter Chobani creamer that I’m addicted to, and came outside with Fergus and my laptop to do a couple quick things before I get a workout in this morning.

Reconciled the birthday sale stats in my tracker with Claude/Airtable (the best duo there ever was). High-level results so far:

  • $21,444 in day revenue plus $9,160.50 in MBA banked (plus $6,534 booked), for $30,604.50 total (or $37,138.5 booked).

  • Average of 22 skills sold per day

  • Brand iOS bump is converting at 13% overall

    • Interestingly, the longer the sale goes on, the worse this converts because 37% of the 447 skill buyers already own Brand iOS (and it was 47–58% on Days 16–20) so it might be time to change this out too.
    • Another interesting stat: New buyers take the bump more often than repeat buyers. Among buyers who don't own it yet, new buyers took the bump 25% of the time and repeat buyers 14%.
  • Room upsell at $777 is only converting at <0.01% so I’m going to change it to the $1k/Day experiment for the rest of the sale I think.

Claude is helping me think this through and I think it’s worth the switch (note: I talked about this with Claude last week, so the conversion rate has only gotten worse as there’s been 4 more sale days since then).

Alright, decision made: new upsell now goes to the $1k/Day annual pass for $97 (50% off) instead of $200 off the Room annual pass. Let’s see if that increase AOV and grows that membership for the last 9 days of the sale.

And same decision made for the bump: swapping in Coffee with Claude as the bump for the rest of the sale. I created the product for the bump and then Claude went into Kartra and swapped out every bump for the remaining skills so I didn’t have to do that manual, tedious work.

I will say, Kartra doesn’t have an MCP (yet!!) but Claude in Chrome has gotten so good that honestly, I haven’t needed it as much as I thought I would and Claude has still been able to do SO MUCH for me in Kartra that I would normally have to pay a VA for or spend hours of time myself.

9:15 am

Alright that’s done. I’m going to go do a quick workout and take Fergus for a walk. Then I’ll come back and get fully into my day.

10:40 am

Alright back at my desk. Got in my movement, my breakfast, chatted with my mom for a bit and now sitting down to start my official work day. Coffee with Claude kicks everything off of course. And I’m going through the scheduled tasks that ran last night to see what work was done without me, what now needs my attention, etc. To give you an idea:

  1. Inbox triage done, all emails drafted a reply from me that I need to review and send.
  2. I’ve got a few trackers that update Airtable bases and such based on Quickbooks numbers (we’re at $93k+ for September with 9 days left to go, which would make it our 4th six-figure month in a row!), plus some lead attribution stuff that helps me track how subscribers from different sources (ads, partners, organic, etc) are performing over time, etc.
  3. Skool drafts for the VIP Soul Circle. I also use this tool to automate and schedule posts in advance which has an MCP and has been a huge lift in terms of keeping the community engaged without me needing to live in it 24/7.
  4. Obsidian Second Brain Vault making sure the wiki is updated for everything, the
  5. Meta Ads
  6. Sunday Prep

I recorded you a Loom to show you what those last two look like:

Dashboard Morning Routine for Meta and Sales - Watch Video

11:55 am

Alright so that is all done. I need to take a quick break and then I’m going to come back and clean out my inbox and make my official to do list for the week. Thankfully my mom is taking the kids shopping and to lunch so we can get some work done.

Ordered some groceries and odds and ends from Amazon on my break, ate lunch, took the dog out for another walk and quick chat with my friend…

1:10 pm

Back at it. Alright let’s see what’s on deck this week, noting that most of Tues/Thurs is going to be eaten up by calls:

WEEKLY TO DO LIST

  • Clean out Inbox
  • Send loom to Evelyn @ Meta ads
  • Email Jenna K’s team about evergreen and upcoming promos
  • Finish the $1k/Day new hub portal
  • Attend Paid Ads kickoff call (I joined this program last week after attending their live bootcamp and am going to start diving into Google ads and other non-Meta platforms!)
  • Get into the Shortcut and actually use it
  • Send Beehiiv correct tagging CSV files for memberships
  • Fill out Dama’s Snackable Offers interview Qs

Okay so those are my main priorities which is going to be tight, as usual, because my eyes are bigger than my stomach. I accept this about myself and will focus on those things tasks that are revenue generating first, then client facing, then tech playground last (even though of course it’s what I want to do first).

1:20 pm

For now I’m going to listen to a quick Voxer from Rachel and then Pomodoro my inbox for 30 minutes and get through as much as I can, then move on.

1:58 pm

Oops, Rachel’s Vox turned into us finally making some bookings for our Vegas trip next week and I’m so excited we’re going to see the Michael Jackson Cirque show!! Got some meals booked and we are ready to go!

2 pm

Ads co-working call with Weird Hermits.

2:55 pm

Alright NOW it’s time for my inbox pomodoro. GO!

One of the things I spent time on during this sprint was following up with people who got denied funding from elective for MBA within the last 90 days and still haven't joined, to see what the sticking point is for them and if there's something we can do to support them. Essentially, one-on-one outreach to our hottest leads

3:32 pm

Done! Just gave Claude a couple of tasks to do that we were originally going to pay a VA for to save time and money and the list of what Claude can’t do for us is getting smaller and smaller every week that Rachel and I are honestly struggling to come up with tasks to give this VA for a 10-hour package we bought.

Taking another break, going to check in with my mom and the kids, take the dog out, get a little sun on my skin and come back to close out the day.

4 pm

Alright, I need to check in on my Meta ads and then send Evelyn a loom of where we stand.

4:40 pm

Whew, that took a bit of time to just figure out where I stood and what needs to be done. I’ve got about half an hour left to my day and I’m going to use it to dive into the paid ads program I bought last week to just get acquainted so I’m ready for our kickoff call tomorrow. I don’t think I have the brain space for much else today. Also luteal so you know… hard to care about much of anything.

5:15 pm

Alright, I’m signing off for the day. My mama is making spaghetti and the house smells amazing. Gonna go play with the kiddos and maybe convince Mattie to set up some of the accessories I got for our new ebike! See you tomorrow!

8 am

Up and at em’ lol. I do usually wake up around 7 am but it takes me a full hour of lying there to actually get up and moving for the day. I usually spend this time reading my Coffee with Claude morning briefing, checking in on Telegram with my mastermind group, scanning through emails and Skool and sometimes playing a game or two on my phone.

If you’ve been around a while you might remember that at the beginning of this year I got addicted to this ridiculous farming game. I’m proud to say that after beating it (oMG!) I moved onto some other equally absurd games like this yarn thing and Solitaire, some weird thing where you sort paint colors in different bottles… I mean, wtf? Anyway, it has been MONTHS since I was playing games on my phone like this, which is the part that I’m proud of (that definitely got lost above), but recently I found myself wanting the mindless escape and found this hilarious game called Meowdoku which is basically a logic Sodoku-like game with a tuxedo cat that reminds me of my Boo (who died earlier this year) and anyway this is a LONG way of saying, I played a few rounds this morning before I actually got out of bed.

I then came downstairs and did a hip-strength mobility video and a lower back stretching video because I am soooo sore from yesterday’s workout.

Did the usual morning routine after that (cat’s meds, my meds, coffee, dog out, etc) and then saw my mom off. And then came upstairs to get ready around 8:45 for my day of calls.

9 am

First call of the day, and it was a quick meeting with my brother and future sister-in-law to finalize a few details for their wedding ceremony next month, which I am officiating. I’m obviously super nervous but mostly really excited now and just so honored that they’ve trusted me with this.

I had about 15 minutes after this call ended, and my amazing housekeeper just got here with the most beautiful flowers in tow and a homemade Romanian birthday cake for me. Am I not the luckiest girl in the world?

I chat with her for a few minutes, and shovel some hard boiled eggs down my gullet before my clients calls start for the day and oh boy, it’s a full call day. 10-5 non-stop, no breaks. Not ideal, but honestly, twice a month I have a Tuesday like this and it really helps me to just knock out all my calls in one batch so I don’t have to context switch and I can get all of my people’ing out in one fell swoop and then have the rest of the week to be a hermit and do the head down, deep focus work that I love without interruptions.

Mon: Ads + Admin

Tues: Client Delivery (call day)

Wed: Writing

Thurs: Tech Playground

Fri: OFF!

Batching my days like this is definitely one the best “hacks” I have for getting all of my work in under 25 hours per week. I also try to have “no call weeks” twice a month where I don’t take any calls except my standing ones like The Room and Weird Hermit Mastermind. I love those weeks!

Anyway, most weeks all of this means a full but manageable stack. This Tuesday it meant something closer to a relay race: a coaching client, a peer I've known for years, my own onboarding call as a brand-new student in someone else's program, a group coaching call (which thankfully included break out rooms today so I could squeeze in lunch), a first-time 1:1, an async voice check-in, Telegram office hours with y’all, and a podcast interview, back to back to back with maybe five minutes of real air between any two of them.

1. The scarcity conversation nobody puts in a course

One of our partnership clients — a longtime coaching relationship, she teaches continuing-education content to a licensed-professional audience — came in anxious about a decision that should have been easy: which of her ~20 individual course offerings to fold into bundles and which to retire into her all-access pass (she followed the MBA biz model) for occasional flash sales. Rationally she agreed with all of it. She still couldn't move.

So we didn't talk about courses for the first fifteen minutes. I asked her to name the part of her that was resisting, and she landed on it fast: "there's one part of me that's like, your business is going to implode, you need to do more, more, more. And if you don't do more, you're not going to be valuable." I asked how old that part felt. She said ten.

I'm not a therapist and I said so on the call. But I've done enough of my own parts work to know what a scared, younger voice sounds like when it's steering a grown woman's pricing strategy, and this was that. We didn't fix her fear in fifteen minutes. We named it, gave it a job ("keep everything, don't lose anything"), and let the wiser part of her answer it directly: we'll figure it out, nothing here is unfixable. Only after that did the actual course list get easier to sort.

Here's the part worth stealing even if you've never done parts work in your life: her stated blocker was strategic ("I don't know which courses are selling") and her real blocker was emotional (an old fear of scarcity dressed up as a data problem). If you've been stuck on a decision with a simple right answer for longer than the decision should take, the delay is rarely about more information. What would you find if you asked what's actually being protected?

2. What my own coach's onboarding looks like from the other side

I spent an hour this week as the newest, least-experienced person in the room — a kickoff call for a paid ads program I just joined. I've been coaching people for over a decade. I was, for one hour, a beginner again, and it was a useful reminder of what that feels like from inside it.

The rules stood out more than the content. Before you're allowed to ask a question on a live coaching call, you have to complete the core training modules first to ensure nobody shows up asking a question like “I don’t know where to start.”

Questions get pre-submitted through a form the week before; if you miss the window, you get the first 30 minutes of the live call and no more. Watch everything twice — once to learn it, once while you're building alongside it.

None of that is punitive. It's a program that has clearly run into the version of "help me, I haven't done the reading/watched any of the training" enough times to build a structure that filters it out before it costs a coach's time (and everyone else’s on the call). I have opinions about my own coaching container after sitting in someone else's for an hour, and most of them are "why don't I do that."

Worth asking yourself: if you run any kind of group coaching, when did you last sit in a program that isn't yours and pay attention to the scaffolding instead of the content? The scaffolding is usually more useful to steal than the content is.

3. The tactic a peer needed wasn't new to me, but the packaging was

I spent an hour with a peer, not a client, someone running a business roughly my size (although honestly, it’s a bit bigger) who wanted to talk through low-ticket sales mechanics after a rough summer of team turnover on her end. I honestly felt honored because she was a JV partner of mine this summer and won a bonus prize, and she chose a 1:1 call with me. What could I teach her, I thought, when she booked it.

I'll be honest that most of what I told her is stuff I've said in some form on a dozen calls: every low-ticket product gets a one-time post-purchase upsell to the flagship offer, a first-time-visitor popup discount does the bulk of low-ticket volume, keep the shop under ten products or the choice paralysis eats your conversion rate, etc. etc. etc.

The takeaway isn't the tactic list, which you can find in a dozen of my other diaries and the Daily Sales Playbook. It's this: the fastest way to find the gap in a system you've been running for years is to explain it out loud to someone smart who's never seen it. You'll hit a question you've never had to answer, and that question is where the actual work is.

4. A first call, and the moment someone decides to keep going

A MBA client, building a niche health brand around a chronic condition, on nights and weekends around a full-time job, came in with the classic overwhelmed-beginner problem: she'd built the entire back end (freebie, tripwire, bump, upsell, welcome sequence, all of it) and had six new website visitors since August. Six. Not six hundred.

Before we touched the funnel I asked her a three-part question I heard on a coaching podcast recently and used live for the first time: on a scale of one to ten, how satisfied are you with where you are, with the progress you've made, and with the action you've taken? She landed at six or seven on where she is, but an eight on progress and action, once she actually inventoried it. She hadn't done that inventory before the call. Her exact words: "wow, you know, it's more than I realized."

That reframe did more in ninety seconds than the funnel audit did in the next forty minutes, and the funnel audit earned its keep too (the short version: fix the copy, then run cheap, disciplined ad tests, because organic traffic at her scale would take a year to produce the sample size ads can produce in three weeks). But the funnel wasn't what almost made her quit. The gap between how much she'd actually done and how little it felt like was.

If you're the kind of person keeping a running list of everything that isn't working yet, try the inverse list once. Not to talk yourself out of the real problems. To find out whether the story you're telling yourself about your own pace matches the facts.

5. What I heard secondhand in the group call

The**weekly Room call**on the 4th Tuesday of the month is our revenue planning and lead gen call and it runs on a breakout structure: one specific way to make money next month, then one specific way to grow the list. They go and talk to their breakout groups for 15 minutes, then we come back and do group coaching with the whole crew.

A few threads worth passing on without names attached:

  • One member is teaching the same live workshop for the third time and dreading it, and the group's read was that the dread itself is data. Repeating a proven asset shouldn't cost this much nervous system, and if it does every time, the actual fix might be the format (offer the replay, stop doing it twice live) rather than pushing through on willpower again.
  • Another member pitching podcasts got pushed to lead with the thing that makes her different from every other credentialed guest in her space, not the credential itself. Differentiation beats qualification when you're trying to get booked.
  • A third got coached on separating two numbers that were tangled together in her head: engagement and conversion. They're not the same metric and they don't diagnose the same problem. If your open rates are fine and your sales aren't, the leak isn't where you think it is.

By 3 pm, it was time for Voxer Unstuck session with one of our Inbox Insights clients and then the Telegram office hours with y’all. Here’s what we covered if you missed it:

3:45 pm

Last call of the day and I am so ready to go curl up in the fetal position after this. This was a podcast guest interview– Kris Jones had invited me to come on her show and I really came in knowing close to nothing about it. It turned out to be one of my favorite conversations from the year. Such great interview questions, really juicy stuff I don’t often get into. I can’t wait to share this with y’all when it comes out.

4:45 pm

Fetal position commencing. I’ve got about 30 minutes until the kids get home and rather than stuff more work into this last window, I need to go lie down in a quiet, dark room and recover from my day of extroverting. And maybe play some Meowdoku… let’s be honest ;)

5:30 pm

Kids are back, Gem and I snuggle in bed for a while and she puts on her new fave show, Henry Danger, which is pretty painful. I prefer Thunderman’s but apparently that’s over. I make them dinner, then heat up some leftovers from our weekend of parties for myself and then Gem begs me to go teach her how to ride her bike (she already knows how but cannot stop so it’s not ideal), so we do that and end up at the park on the monkey bars until humidity turns us all to sweat and we head home.

I’m so dead at this point, I get ready for bed myself at 7:30 and let the kids watch more TV so I can just veg and do my crossword puzzle book. Put them down around 8:45 and then Mattie and I get into bed and watch the last 2 episodes of Ted Lasso and fall asleep before 10:30. Perfection!

8 am

Drag myself out of bed after doing the usual routine since 7:15 this morning. Decide it’s a coffee shop kind of day, so get changed and walk up the street to get a latte.

8:30 am

Back home, feeding the cat, blah blah blah… you know the drill by now. And then I sit down at my desk and catch up in this doc because yesterday I did not have the energy or time to keep it up to date in real time due to the back-to-back nature of my calls. Grateful today is a wide open day with NOTHING on the calendar…

Well, except I’m doing an intake with a new CBT therapist for my daughter who’s having some separation anxiety stuff.

9:15 am

Fully caught up now, going to check in with my ads and because of the**$39 for 39 Birthday Claude Skill Drop****,** I don’t need to write the WSL or any blog posts this week. So today is going to be spent on ads and the $1k/Day portal. I’ve got some feedback from my EverAds coach so going to check that out now.

9:45 am

I just got super tired and am going to go back to bed for a bit. I think my body needs some recovery time after yesterday and this weekend so I’m going to slow things down for it today. More soon!

11:15 am

Okay much better now. I brought my laptop up into my bed too so I can just have the chillest day possible. I ended up not sleeping, but having an hour-long convo with my BFF, who is also a therapist and always has the wisest insights, about how I actually have bad separation anxiety. I think part of what was feeling hard for me earlier this morning was that I was alone in my house for the first time in a while. Don’t get me wrong, I love my alone time, but I really prefer when Mattie works from home even if I don’t talk to him all day. I just like knowing he’s there. And yesterday I didn’t have time to think about missing my parents after they both left with all my calls. I think it started hitting me today. Anyway, we talked it out and she’s having some of her own separation anxiety as her kids are now off in college and living in different states. We always seem to go through the same things at the same times and it’s like the universe put us together for a reason. I’m so lucky!

11:25 am

Alright, now onto work. I don’t feel like messing with ads right now. It’s making my head spin a bit so I’m going to work on finalizing the new $1k/Day portal which I’m building with Lovable and Claude.

Before I get fully in there, I'm fixing a few things with the 39 for 39 skill drop sale, which had an issue with the sales page today that one of the weird hermits alerted me to. Thankfully, Claude could fix it quickly! I'm just reviewing the stats for the last few days on the skill drop as well and doing a few other odds and ends in Claude, like getting the JV webinar debrief together for Monica Froese, who partnered with us earlier this month.

After about 10 minutes of those odds and ends, I’m deep into $1k/Day hub now and mostly checking out what Claude/Lovable built for me last time. Pressure-testing somethings and I’m not happy with the brand direction/visuals so I went over to ChatGPT which is much better at this kind of thing and had it create a creative brief for me to give Claude with some mood board ideas. Much happier with this and can’t wait to see what it actually looks like in real life. We’re really close with this!

I’m sure there are going to be ALL kinds of things that don’t work as expected the first couple months of testing this but I think it will be worth it to just get people in there and using it so we can improve as we go. Beta round is better than no round and trying to get it all perfect in a silo where I don’t have real people using it.

12 pm

Call with therapist for Gemma. We booked a diagnostic for her on Friday and it’s making me want to reschedule Fergus’ doggy training that day too, with Matt’s mom here and some other commitments and just how I’m feeling, wanting to slow down before Vegas a bit. Going to move some things around.

12:30 pm

Back to the hub.

2 pm

Wow, still in bed. I need to get up. Take the dog out. Eat something. We’re getting so so close! I hit my Codex limit though which is such a bummer, I hate having to wait. The visuals is the thing I’m struggling with most right now. I really want to get this right. That’s probably my perfectionist procrastinator though because it’s fun but it’s not necessarily functional… does the hub make this easier, faster, better to use? YES! No matter what it looks like.

3 pm

Ughhh I am struggling with motivation today. Day 23 of my cycle, so that tracks. That was a longer break than expected and I spent most of it sitting on my porch playing Meowdoku with Fergus. Alright, forcing myself to get back to it a bit. I really want to finish the hub today!

And good news, I had 3 usage reset limits in ChatGPT so I just used one of those and can get started again!

4:56 pm

Alright, I just gave a huge batch of edits to Claude to do in Lovable so I’m going to take a break from this while it works through those. I’m hoping when I come back tomorrow it will be ready for me to record a loom to show y’all the new hub and then we can start letting people in as soon as October 1, 2026.

My mother in law arrived and so did my physical workbook for the Paid Ads Academy program I joined so I’m going to peruse that after I pay Monica her first affiliate commission for MBA sales and then get ready to go to dinner with my friend (my college roommate) at this new Thai place.

In other news…

So yeah, if you’re being contacted by this weird number on WhatsApp it is definitely not me and do not give them any personal information.

6 pm

Off to dinner with my friend. See y’all tomorrow!

8 pm

Are you sensing a pattern this week? I actually woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning at 6:45 and proceeded to do my CWC morning routine + Meowdoku of course.

I did get an idea to create a full Airtable database backup of all our MBA HTML (which currently lives inside Google docs) so that it would be much easier for us to update anything we need in the portal. This came after I was reading about OpenAI getting rid of CustomGPTs on December 11th and I thought, “well I knew this was coming but what about all those portal links in MBA courses that link out to our old GPTs… maybe there’s a fast way to fix all of them and any future edits.” Here’s the prompt I started with:

I want to turn these backup docs into an Airtable database for mba content. That way when we need to make changes to a lesson in the portal it will be super easy to find what we need and update the HTML. Make a plan for how to best accomplish this

Here’s the plan I got back, which I loved.

I then gave it browser instructions to actually pull all the live HTML from the memberships directly in Kartra since that’s really the source of truth of what’s live and updated now.

We ended up coming up with a slightly different plan of having 1 giant export file of EVERY html lesson in Kartra backed up to my Obsidian vault and Google Drive (how cool and organized is this?!)... All 56 course folders with 1,738 files. Oh my!

…and then creating an Airtable base that’s got the links to everything, status updates, and omg I cannot believe how good this is! This would’ve taken a VA 100+ hours to create and me thousands of dollars to pay for. I am once again SHOOK by Claude’s abilities.

Meanwhile, I also got a wild hare to clean up my DNS records after my friend Destini’s got hacked and she sent out an email with the prompt to use to make sure the same thing doesn’t happen to you.

I exported every record for successwithsoul.co and katekordsmeier.com from Cloudflare and had Claude translate each line into plain English, with one rule up front: don't touch anything that runs my email. Most of it was fine.

Three records were dead weight, including one pointing at a Shopify store I last logged into in June 2025 (RIP) and a catch-all that sent any made-up address on my domain to an Amazon server that no longer answers, and a stranger can claim an abandoned address like that and hang their own sign on it.

Claude also flagged two ThriveCart records as probably dead, until I asked a follow-up question, it went digging in my inbox, and it found ThriveCart still collecting recurring payments for me as of Tuesday. So those stay (a very expensive delete, avoided). Three records gone, zero emails broken, and I tested the last one in my browser before I called it done.

9 am

In between all of this, because I just prompt Claude and then go do other things while it works, I got myself out of bed, took care of the animals, made myself a cup of coffee and got cozy on the couch because it’s misty and gloomy here in Atlanta today and I couldn’t sit on my porch.

Now that’s all done, I want to see where Claude finished up with the $1k/Day hub and record y’all a Loom to get some feedback!

Inside the 1K a Day Experiment Portal - Watch Video

P.S. I did have to top up my Lovable credits 3 times at $15 bucks a pop to get this thing to where it is now. Small price to pay for a custom build program that I didn’t have to code a single line for.

Alright most of the final tweaks are in… I really think I could actually let y’all in now if you want to start beta testing?

I’ll mull that over while I’m in the shower because I’ve got to go get ready for all the calls today which start at 11. Can I just saw, how freaking cool is AI? Like, I NEVER in a million years could’ve built this without it. And I really think it’s so much better. What do you think?

11 am

Mixermind pod call; we do these once a month with a small cohort inside the larger group. It’s hot-seat style and I’m not the guru, which is my fave.

12 pm

Off the call and checking back in on my MBA-Airtable backup system. I still can’t get over that I can have an idea for a GIANT project like this in bed and then within an hour or two (and almost nothing required from me), it’s done. What is this world?

I’ve got to get stuff prepped for WMB, eat some lunch (thank Goddess for leftover spaghetti from my mom) and continue prompting my Claude projects to keep moving forward.

1 pm

Time for Watch Me Build. If you missed it,here’s the replay >>

This was such a good one and the external accountability I needed to finally tackle my testimonial project. I’ve already heard from so many of you that finally got Airtable and Blockbuilder, two of my fave and most-used tools.

2:30 pm

Weird Hermits mastermind call.

4:30 pm

Off the call. I want to finish up the $1k/Day portal, the MBA backup project and the testimonial project from WMB. Everything is almost done and mostly just needs my last review.

6:30 pm

Alright, I got almost everything wrapped up if you can believe it. From where we left off and what’s now done:

  • MBA Backup to Airtable: it hunted down every Custom GPT link, swapped each one for the matching skill's download link (they work in Claude or ChatGPT), rewrote the lesson copy around it, saved the changes in Kartra, and then opened every page as a student would to confirm the old links were actually gone. My job was answering yes-or-no questions, mostly from my phone, and saying "no, that portal is retired" a couple of times (Messaging Made Easy, RIP). One day, start to finish. And the next time I need to change something across the whole portal, I search one Airtable base instead of clicking through 384 lessons one by one (my OCD sends its regards). Also updated the main skills page in MBA so that all skills are in one place with their download link and first prompt baked right in thanks to Blockbuilder.
