Live build session, April 23, 2026.

Transcript

00:00 Kate Kordsmeier: Good afternoon, everybody, or wherever you're tuning in from and whatever time it is for you. Hello. Welcome. Welcome. So glad to have you all here today for another Watch Me Build. This is our second time ever doing Watch Me Build inside the 1K Day Experiment. I know we have some new folks joining us. So if this is your first ever 1K Day Experiment interaction, welcome. we're going to be looking at Notebook LM today. And I do have a couple things that are already, like, preloaded. I've already done this before and I just want to show y'all. But I also have some stuff that's like, I'm truly going to build this live for the first time ever with you guys. And you're just going to see me in the messiness of, huh, how do I do this? What does this error message say? Why isn't this working? So, let me know in the chat. So we get started, who currently uses Notebook.lm and who has never used Notebook.lm before? If it's a brand new tool to you, I'd be very curious. In case it is a brand new tool to you, it's 100% free. I'm on the free plan. I've never even had a message say, like, you're almost at your limit. And I use it a lot. And there are some days that I use it a lot, a lot. And I've never had any usage limit issues or anything like that. So it does feel like one of those where, like, you can really get away with the free plan for probably 99% of your needs. Okay, cool. So a few people have heard of it, but are kind of new to it. Some have used it a little bit, been on your list. All right, great. That's good context to just know what we're working with. So I'm just going to share my screen. This is very casual, very interactive. So please... If can unmute yourself and interrupt me, I'm going to try to keep an eye on the chat as I go. And I'm mostly just going to be sharing my screen. Oops, hold on. I'm sharing the wrong thing. Cancel. Okay. Let get all this junk out of here. Goodness gracious, y'all. I didn't think I had so many things open. Okay, here we go. All right. So this is Notebook LM. Basically, what you can do inside of Notebook LM is you can create lots of different notebooks, as they call them, and you can upload your own sources to them. So just for an example, what I'm going to show you guys, a really simple one, I upload, I can create notebooks for each of my individual offers. So as you all know, I just released this Coffee with Claude skill this past week. And so what I did is I just clicked add sources and you can drop all kinds of different files. It could be an actual file, whether it's a PDF, an image, a doc, whatever, a video, an audio, lots of different things. You can do websites, which is what I often do, including YouTube URLs. So this is really helpful if you're trying to create a notebook on something that's like not, it doesn't have to be your content, right? It could be like, gosh, I want to create a notebook learning how to like make Indian food. And so I'm going to go to YouTube and I'm going to find a bunch of videos about Indian food and I'm going to upload all of those URLs here. And now it's going to create this notebook for me. You can also upload things from your Google Drive, which I do frequently. So when you just sync it with your Google. Notebook LM is a Google product so that also kind of changes you know you don't really have to give it a lot of access it just will show your drive here you can search for specific things and then you can also just copy and paste text so sometimes if I'm just like I just want this email copy to be one of the sources here I'll just copy and paste something from an email or a Google Doc or whatever wherever the text is coming from a text message whatever so in this case I just put the sales page and then I put the page that actually is our setup guide because I wanted it to understand like how the skill works and what people get on the back end so I just create I just added those two sources and then you can come over here to the studio and you can create all different kinds of outputs with it everything from slide decks to audio this is like what we do for the private podcast feed for the one okay I'm going to talk about that in a minute here. It can create videos for you and you can see like there's different options of what you want to create. This cinematic is a new thing that they just created where it's actually like moving video rather than the regular videos that it did before which was also really great but that was more like almost like slides and images and then it would just like almost like a montage. But you can tell it what you want it to be about. You can customize the video if you want to say like create a narrative showing a day before and after using the tool like see it gives you some examples of what you could do here. You could actually just like put this right in here. You can also put in here like my brand colors are blah blah blah and put your hex codes and then it will do the video in your brand colors. So you can do that same for audio. You're just kind of choosing what you like. So if you guys have been following along with the 1k day. I've done several of these, but my favorite one has been the debate, and I literally will just be like, critique my strategy for this thing, or read my diaries, my ads diaries, for example, and tell me what I'm doing right and what I'm doing wrong. And then these two AI hosts will literally just come in and debate what you're doing and share different perspectives. That was my favorite episode that we've produced so far for this, but you can do lots of cool things. The thing I probably use most is infographics. So you can choose your orientation, and then you can choose your style of infographics. So I kind of use the same ones every time. My favorites are the instructional and the sketch note. But sometimes I just come in and I'll do auto-select, or I'll just do one of everything to just see, like, what does it look like in different styles? And then how So you can generate images. Same thing for your slide deck. So if you're like, oh man, I have this presentation. I basically, I have the Google Doc all written out of what I want it to say. Now I have to make the slides. Great. Upload that Google Doc into here, click slide deck, and it will make the slides for you. And they are freaking beautiful. I cannot get over how well designed these graphics are. Things that I have either paid people thousands of dollars in the past for me to do, or to do for me, or have spent hours and hours of my time and never gotten anything as good. So there's other things you can do too. Like if you just want a report, it can write anything from like a blog post to a study guide. You know, there's many different use cases. So I'm not going to go into all of them. This isn't like really a notebook. You guys can kind of play with that on your own, but just to show you some of the ways that I've used it. So for example, I came in and I had it create this image for me based on the two sources that I uploaded to that. And so when you come here, you can see the prompt that I did is sell Coffee with Claude in this promo graphic. Make the design bright, inspiring, feminine, with a clean, fresh start energy. Here's the color palette and I gave it the hex codes. So it's usually like my prompts are like one to two sentences max generally. Very straightforward. I just did the auto select one. I just wanted to see what it would create for this. But then I usually try a few different versions. So you can see this one I did using the sketch note. And it's the same exact prompt. I just chose a different style of graphic. So it created this for me. And then I wanted to try looking at having it create some videos. So. So. This is like what the normal video looks like, and I won't play the whole thing, but I'll just play enough so you see what the general vibe of the videos is. Let's sit down to work, open your laptop, and the chaos... I don't know if you guys can hear my audio with it. You can? Okay. So so it's kind of more like standard, like slides almost, and then it's putting it all together for you, right? So, and here again, if you want to see my prompt, in this case, I gave the style prompt of what I wanted the style to be, and then the custom prompt was just sell the offer in this video. Why would somebody want it? How does it work? Why is it the best way for busy entrepreneurs to start their day? And then it creates the script, the audio, the video, everything for me. So I could use that in some of my marketing if I wanted to. So that's the regular video. I did create a cinematic video, which again, I won't play the whole thing, but I'll play just a snippet of it so you can see. Kind of the difference of what they look like. You sit down at your desk, take the first sip of your coffee, open your laptop, and immediately feel like you're already behind. Before you've even started working, you're reacting. This drains your cognitive capacity. Your highest value processing power peaks right here at the beginning of the... Okay, so I'll stop it there, but you can see it's much more interactive, cinematic, etc. So these are a lot of the things that you can create, and this is the bulk of how I have used Notebook LM over the last year or so is just coming in, uploading different things, and then having it create graphics, slides, etc. for me. I haven't done a ton with the videos, but you guys have probably seen that I've done a few videos over time. So this is how I use it for marketing materials, but I also have used it, for example, I want... So to create a notebook. This is just for like, for my health. And so one of the things you can do is when you click, oops, sorry, not that. When you click search the web for sources, you can actually give it a prompt and you can have it do deep research. So that's how I built this one. I said, I have PCOS, POTS, I listed all my other health, chronic health issues. I said, do deep research for me on, like, I want actual clinical trials, you know, real studies that have come out on best treatments, on understanding the connection between these conditions, et cetera. So it creates, it did all this research, and then it adds all of these sources to your notebook. And so you can see, like, I made sure, and you can add or remove sources if you're like, I don't trust this one or whatever. This, for example, was, it's like an NIH study. So I go, okay, great. I can trust that one. That's legit. Some of them might be like, oh, I don't know this website, so I want to get rid of this particular thing. But I did several rounds of deep research and added, you can see, there's like probably 100 plus sources in this document. And then what I wanted to do is like, I don't want to read through all of this and try to understand what everything means and what the difference is between all this stuff. Like, just kind of explain it to me. And so I had it create a bunch of videos for me that just explain, like, this prompt, for example, let me see what I said here. Help the viewer understand how all of these diagnoses fit together to create a complete picture of her health situation. That was it. And then it like made me a video based on all the sources so that I could understand more about my health and the science and everything behind it without having to read through 100 studies myself. So... Sorry, was just checking the chat. Okay, so so there's lots of different ways you could do this. I mentioned like if you want to learn about something that is like a hobby of yours, or you have a health condition, or you're trying to learn about AI, or like a new skill or something like that, you can make notebooks on all kinds of things. You can upload your own resources, or you can have it do research for you. And so it's been really fun for me. And it's been a great way, like even you could take something like that, and then say, for example, I thought I did more than just videos here, but I must not have. You can also chat with it. So like if I come up, I'm just trying to get to the very top of my chat. So what it always does is it first gives you a summary of what the sources are. can say, okay, I have 169 sources here. And then I would ask it questions. Like I said, the recommended amount of water to drink is insane. Insanely high. It feels totally unrealistic. What is the actual healthy amount of water for a woman my age and height or my age and weight to be drinking? And then it like would answer it based on the research. And one of the things that's cool about Notebook LM is that it only answers questions based on your sources. So where other LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude, Perplexity, whatever, they're searching like the entire internet, right? And then a lot of those are trained actually on things like Reddit and Wikipedia. ChatGPT scrapes those two sites for most of its information. And so those aren't necessarily like, well, I'm not asking what Reddit says I should drink. I'm asking what the studies and the science actually say. And so there's not any of the hallucinating that happens in other AI tools because it's only basing it off of your specific sources here. So that being said, I don't use it to do things like write copy for me, because it's not a copywriter, it's more like ask me questions about your sources and I'll create, either I'll have chats with you about it or I'll create outputs for you. And what I might want to do is something like have a briefing doc on, oops, okay, it already clicked in, I meant to hit the other button, but now this is going to create a report on these 169 sources, and I could just read through that report instead of having to read through all 169 sources. So I wanted it to show a suggestion here, but it's taking a second to load, but again, like you can click edit, and then it sometimes it'll just like fill in what the report example could look like, so synthesize the main themes and ideas, produce an executive summary, etc. But if you wanted to say, I'm specifically interested in... The, you know, connection between panic disorder and POTS, then it would create a briefing doc just on those things from the sources. So you can give it as much instruction as you want. And usually some of the things are like really fast to give you things like the reports, the mind maps, the quiz, the data table. I find those things very quick. Other things, infographics usually take a minute or two, videos usually take like five to ten minutes, audio kind of around that same, maybe three to seven minutes, something like that. So a lot of times I'll do one of these and then I'll go do something else and then come back to see what it's created, but you can do multiple things at a time. So a lot of times I'll come in, I'll say, great, I want like an infographic. And maybe like for this one, I want a scientific infographic. And I might say, let's just do that exact thing. Like describe the interplay between POTS and panic disorder. And so then it will just generate, and then as soon as this thing goes away, which usually takes like five seconds, I think because I'm on Zoom, maybe it's taking longer, you could come in again, and you could do another version, and so you can have like 10 going at the same time. All right, anything in the chat I need to answer? 17:18 Rachel Silves - Team KK: there's actually a good question in the chat from Kathy. She said she's really curious if you're able to edit, like how does it work to edit some of like the visual outputs after you get them? Do you have to go into Canva and do it in another program, or can you do it right in Notebook LM? 17:35 Kate Kordsmeier: Thankfully, they just released this earlier this year that you can actually edit in Notebook LM now, but you used to have to export and then edit it in something like Canva. So for example, this is a notebook that I created for my Daily Sales Without Social webinar. So what I did is I uploaded the registration page, and then these are just transcripts of the webinar that I've done. I'm I'm So I just uploaded all the transcripts. And then let's say I use the slides. So I asked it, here's the prompt that I gave it. I need a handful of slides that will help me better sell MBA like a behind the scenes tour. Here's what it is. Use the transcript to help you craft the slides to really explain what MBA is and why they need it and the results it will provide. Here's, and then this is like my design prompt at the end of like what I want the design to be in my brand colors. Okay, so then it builds these slides for me. And let's say I'm on, let's look at like, okay, let's say I'm on this page and I'm like, oh, this is perfect except I don't want this to say one investment infinite resources. I want it to say one investment lifetime access. So now you can just click this revise button and you can just say, change the copy. So to say one investment, what did I say? Lifetime access instead of one investment, infinite resources. So so now there it is. And then I could just click generate, revise deck. I'm not going to do this because it's going to regenerate the entire deck, but you'll do that and it will only regenerate that one thing, but for some reason it like gives you a whole new deck instead, but it will keep everything else the same. So you can do that and then you can go to other slides too and individually you can edit that. So you can do that in slides. Let me see in infographics, I don't think they have this ability yet. so for example here's an infographic it created and for this one I did have to download it and then upload it to Canva. Canva a lot of times what I'll do is Canva has a new thing called magic. Tim Chris . . And I'll apply that and then it makes every single element in the graphic clickable. So sometimes I'll do it and I'll click the Notebook LM logo and I'll delete that so that it's not branded Notebook LM. But other times I might say, OK, I want this to say the freedom instead of the liberation. And so I'm going to come in and I'll just click that and change it. So it's fairly easy, but sometimes it does change like what font was used or something. So it's not always like a perfect system, but you can edit the slide decks. And then I'm not sure. I think maybe that's the only thing you can edit right now is the slide decks. Somebody else is here and has edited something else. Let me know. But just look for that Revise button whenever you pull up something. It would be this pencil with Revise and then you can change it. Anything else, Rachel? 20:58 Rachel Silves - Team KK: There is a question. there.-Fi you can't In the chat from Malika, is there a big difference between L.M. or Notebook L.M. research and reports versus ChatGPT research and summary function? 21:12 Kate Kordsmeier: Yes. So ChatGPT, sorry, let me start over. Notebook L.M. is a Google product, so it's the same thing as pulling deep research in Gemini. It's going to pull the same research. ChatGPT is obviously going to do its own thing, and you can kind of see the difference. Like, sometimes I will actually have something do deep research and then I'll use Claude and I'll compare. And a lot of times what I'll do is I'll export the research summary from ChatGPT and Claude and then upload it as a source inside Notebook L.M. The reason I still would prefer doing it in Notebook L.M. is because you can create all the outputs and you can chat with it and ask it all the questions and it's not going to go off script. So if you do the deep research in ChatGPT, but then you start chatting with it, it's still going to look outside of the deep research that you just did, and here it's only going to use the deep research, and like I said, you can turn off and on which sources you want it to use. So if you're like, I don't want this, you can either click this, and then say remove source, or when you're creating something, you could say, you could just like uncheck it, and now it won't include that in the source material that it's pulling from. So I still like Notebook LM better. So . Okay. I think that's all the questions so far. So let's come back here. I wanted to just show you guys an output, for example. So here's the diagram that it created. And again, this is like looking at all of the source material, all 169 source material. So we... We could just see like, okay, this was the interplay of Pots and Panic, and maybe it just helps me visually understand it. I'm not actually going to use this for anything. It's just for my own understanding of materials. So anytime you're trying to learn something new or better understand something, I really like using Notebook LM to help you do that as like a study guide. I feel like the purpose of it was more for students than they were uploading like their textbooks and their, you know, slides from their classes and stuff. And then like you can create quizzes and they were quizzing themselves on the material to make sure they understood it. So I feel like it does work really well for that. But obviously, as a business owner, I'm using it for a lot of other purposes and a lot of marketing. But here's an example of the clinical analysis. So this was the brief that it created. And this is going to be similar to like what the chat GPT summary might be of the deep research that it did for you. So. And again, you can customize like what you want the reports to say. And you could have it write a blog post. And sometimes what I'll do if I'm using this for like my business is I would have it write a blog post based on the source material, but then I would upload that blog post output to Claude, which knows how to do like optimize things for GEO and SEO, which Notebook LM doesn't unless you added source material to teach it how to do that. But it's kind of clunky to have both things in there. So. Then I might just say like, okay, great. This is the basis of like the information and the material. And now I need to write it like in my voice and following optimization best practices and stuff like that. Okay. So one of my favorite ways that I use it is for the 1K a day experiment. So you can see in here, I have a couple dozen source materials. I have all of the Week in the Life docs, I have the real reels, I've got my income reports, I have blog posts that are relevant, like taking a sabbatical, and basically all the diaries, the sales page, everything like that. And so I recently found this amazing tool, which is a Chrome extension, called Cortex, and what Cortex allows me to do is you just install this Chrome extension, and I have, if you use my link and my code, you can get 30% off. Okay, here's my link, you can get 30% off, and the lifetime access is like less than $100, so I think it's very worth it if you have needs like I do. So what this does is it has a lot of features that I have already used, and it has some other features that I haven't played around with yet. So I thought in this Watch Me Build, we could learn about it together and see what else it can do, because it's something I've been meaning to do. And I also want to create a new notebook to help me better analyze my own data in my business. So I've got kind of the start of that, and we can kind of learn how all of this works together as you all watch me build. Oh, sorry. A 404 error. Okay. 26:34 Christie Hertzler: Are you .co or .com? 26:37 Kate Kordsmeier: .co. Okay. 26:39 Christie Hertzler: Yep. 26:40 Kate Kordsmeier: okay, well, we'll figure that out. Let's see. I was certain I had a pretty link, but maybe I don't have a pretty link, and it's just, okay. I might not have a pretty link, so I'll just send you the regular link, Cortex Notebook LM. Here we go. And then maybe it's just my coupon code that does my affiliate tracking. So it has this code Cortex30, but if you use Kate30, that will give me the credit. And right now it's 50% off at $99, plus you get an extra 30% off with my code. Or you can do the, there is a free plan, which gives you a lot of resources, but I wanted it for the podcast feed system. and so you would easily need to be on the pro plan for that. Okay, so this is Cortex, and what it does is first there's actually like a Cortex workspace, which is what I'm in right now. and you can do lots of things like organize your notebooks better. I haven't explored like adding tags or creating collections or anything like that with it yet, but those are all features you can do. What I do is the podcast, and so you can just create a new podcast feed. so see you I'm about to sneeze. Sorry. One second. Okay. It went away. So you can create a new podcast feed, and that's what I did for the 1K a Day Experiment. And then you can either upload your own audio. You can upload your own artwork. Like, I literally just created this with AI and uploaded it. And then you can add the audio that is generated from Notebook LM directly into this podcast feed. So that's what I've been doing so far. I have a loom on this inside the portal. So some of you may have already seen me kind of, like, go through this. But just to show you real quick here, like, kind of how this works, all I have to do is come into, like, for example, 1K a Day Experiment. You can see I have 11 audios generated. And it will just pull this up here, and I'll click the plus button. I'll click select existing podcast, the 1K a Day Experiment ad. And . Now it has added that audio to my podcast feed, and then the podcast feed is a private podcast feed that I have to give people the URL to subscribe to. You can't just search 1K a Day Experiment in Apple Podcasts or Spotify, whatever, and have it come up because it's private. So this is something that I've wanted to do for a long time is have a private podcast feed. Hello Audio is kind of like has a monopoly on that market, and I find them to be ridiculously expensive. So I've never actually taken the plunge and used them. So I was really excited that I could create private podcast feeds for lifetime access of $60. and I could actually use the AI-generated podcast that I was creating in Notebook.L.M. to do that. Because a lot of times I don't have time to record a podcast episode for like all... And I think what a lot of y'all have seen and the feedback I've gotten is that actually it's been interesting to see like the AI's interpretation of the diary as well. So for example, having that debate episode was really cool because I just had it, again, I went in here, why did Kate's March 2026 revenue tank even though she didn't launch anything, sorry, even though she didn't launch anything in January, February, and was able to stay well over 1K a day, what did she do right? What did she do wrong? What's working? What's not? Don't just base it off what Kate shares in her diaries, but what you notice as a neutral observer who are experts in digital marketing and online businesses. So that was the prompt that created that really cool episode. And then again, all you have to do is it's in your cortex file now. So I just go to my notebook and then I can add it and you can have, I think, unlimited podcast feed. See? So if you had lots of different offers or use cases or whatever, or again, if you're just wanting to learn something, like I go back to my POTS notebook, I don't want to have to read through a bunch of stuff. Can you just create a podcast episode that's a deep dive in this data for me? And then I'll go listen to it like while I'm on my walk. So you could do stuff like that even just for your own personal use. So one thing I wanted to try live with y'all today, and I don't know if it's going to work, is that I want to see, I've noticed that in the Week in the Life Docs, I don't know if y'all have seen this yet, Google added this new feature where you can listen to a tab. And so when you click this, it actually just reads the doc and it's in, you can change the voice, but it's an AI voice that is just reading what is in the doc. Okay, so I wanted to see, can I make this a podcast episode? I don't know if you can download this. So you can listen to it. It's coming up here. And then all I see is insert audio button, change voice. Okay. So there's several different choices. I never actually did that. I always liked the voice that it did on the first try. So I was like, great. I want to see like, is there a download button? Because it would be cool if we could download this and then upload it. And so people could listen to The Week in the Life and they could listen to like the overview. Because what you'll see that I do like for the March Week in the Life is the prompt just says, summarize what happened. And I go into the sidebar here. I only select that one diary. So it's not summarizing everything. I just select that diary, summarize what happened, so that members who will understand what happened, it's a bonus. And we're not trying to hype Kate up. We're just trying to show people. How to make strategic decisions, what she did, and exactly how I'm doing it in real time, et cetera. So that's sort of like the debrief version of the audio. So I don't see here where there's like a download button. Does anybody else know how to do this? And I wonder if we ask Gemini, is it possible to download the audio version that you created in the listen to this tab section? And then we'll see if Gemini has a way to do this, because I thought that would be a really cool feature. I'm looking at the chat. . If you get a podcast output and want to make some edits or changes, I don't think you can do that. For example, like let's just pull this one up. Panic with patience. there's no revise button in these, so there's nothing you can do to edit it except create, generate a new one and give it the instructions and I would like give it the same prompt but then like say, you got this wrong, or you could export it and then open it up in something like Descript and then cut out the part that is wrong, but you can't have it like say something else instead without regenerating it. Oh gosh, okay, sorry about my coupon code. I'll have to Google or look in my Gmail to see what my... 34:41 Christie Hertzler: That's okay, I just wanted to let you know that so you can, you know, didn't lose out on the affiliate. 34:46 Kate Kordsmeier: no, thank you so much. I know I have one that's Kate10, but then when I got a few people who signed up under it, they bumped up my commission and my discount to Kate to 30 and I thought they changed the code to Kate30. So I'll double check before we're done here and see. Okay, go to Gemini, click Add File, select the document you want to upload, ask Gemini to create an audio overview, and on the player, click More and then click Download. Okay, this is interesting. So let's try this. If we go over to Gemini and we say we want to add from Drive, let's look at the March, because this one's not complete yet. Week in the Life, here we go. So we're going to insert this. Okay, and then what did it say to do? Create an audio overview. Okay, so maybe I'll just use like that's, oh wait, but that's an overview. So I think this is actually going to use Notebook LM. It's not, darn, that's the same thing. It's... So an overview that I want. I want it to just read the entire doc. Can you create an audio from this doc where you just read the entire doc rather than creating an audio overview? I just want the entire Word doc to be in audio format. So let's see what it says. I see create music, image, video. None of that's quite what we want. So we'll give it a try. It's probably going to say no, but it's weird that it like it has the ability to do this here, but you can't do anything with it, right? Oh, okay. The Kate 10 code does work, but you get 30% off. Great. Thank you, Kathy. I appreciate that. It would be clunky, but you could use Otter to transcribe it and then have the audio from that. Well, it is... I don't need a transcription, right? It is just this word. So I think maybe what I could do is put this into something like Descript. So for example, let's go to Descript here. So we could say, as I'm looking at this and just thinking, if I just give it the, what did we just say? New project, audio project, write AI speech. Okay. Maybe I'm not going to copy paste all of this at one time because we want to like check and see if this actually works first. So let's just even do this Monday section first. And then we would say, add a speaker. So we could even try. I do have a voice clone in here. It's not great, but this would generate AI speech. Now it's probably going to use a bunch of my Descript credits. This is where I start doing this so that you guys see my thought process. Then I think, gosh, I'm going to pay another 50 bucks a month or something just for this. Is that really necessary? Are people even going to use this? You know, and if people really used it, maybe I would pay for it, but it's hard to spend that before you really know. Let's see if this worked. Monday, Opera 20, 2026. Oops. Sorry, y'all. I'm a bit behind on this because Gemma is homesick again with another ear infection. Poor girl has barely been to school in the last few weeks. Okay, so technically you can see like my audio voice is so monotone and boring and I didn't love that. I don't know if anybody would actually want to listen to that. I wonder what it sounds like. She's actually in like 2x speed, maybe it's... And school is over in less than one month, so hopefully she can get back on antibiotics and kick this quickly. So let's see. I'm just sitting down to write this, and it's already noon, and I'm actually about to leave to take Gemma to her pediatrician. So let's do a quick review of what's happened so far this morning. Does this sound like until about 8.30 because Matt got up early with the kids. I let him go into the office today because I had a slower day, and with everything going on with his dad in spring break, and then Gemma... 39:21 Rachel Silves - Team KK: don't think it sounds like you that much, but it also sounds better at 2x speed for sure. 39:25 Kate Kordsmeier: . I felt like 2x was too fast, so I moved it down to 1.5. It sounds better at that. But I mean, I guess that could be a workaround where then I would download this file and then upload it to the Cortex feed here. Again, is this worth it? I don't know. I don't know if y'all have even seen the ability to listen to the tab, but I find this to be really good. And I think the audio, it's not me, but it's reading my words, and I find it to actually sound pretty good. And I genuinely love my business, and the goal is really more for fun. Not for needs. It's a weird thing to feel both bored and sometimes overwhelmed. I think I create these big to-do lists because I have so many ideas, and things always take 5X longer than I think they will, and having a team helps me take things off my plate and also adds other things. So that's my solution right now for people who would rather listen than read the doc. Now we at least have this in the Google tab, and you can listen, but I don't have it on the private podcast feed. So let's see what... Okay, I'd love to hook you up with the audio version, but I don't have the ability to generate or export audio files. Liar! Yes, you do. I feel like sometimes it says stuff like this, and you're like, but I can create music. That's an audio file. So obviously you do have that ability. there's a read-aloud extension, whatever, but none of these give me the ability to download the audio and then upload it to the podcast. So, all right, we'll move on for now, but you can see this is how I would... I troubleshoot something like this, and sometimes I do get to that stage where I just go like, eh, this feels like more effort than it's worth, I'm going to just move on, and then other times it's like, oh, man, I really want to figure this out. Okay, so how do you activate listen to this tab? I thought that it would show up on everybody's. Do you not see this on your, when you open the April Week in the Life doc, do you see this button at the top? I'll put the link in the chat in case anybody's like, I don't know, I don't have it open in front of me. Okay, you do see it. Okay, great. I was like, shoot, I thought this whole time that everybody would see it, but so all you have to do is just click it and then it will read. From the doc instead. So you could do it, like I've checked it on your phone and it does work. So if you were like, I'm going to go for a walk or I'm getting in the car and I just need to listen to something or I'm getting ready or whatever, this is a good way to just be able to listen while you're on the go and not have to sit down and read, you know, these can get very lengthy. So this is, I mean, already it's an eight, a 19 minute audio and I'm only on Thursday. So I know these can get pretty lengthy. All right. So coming back to Notebook LM, one of the other features of Cortex that I love is this ability to sync all of your Google Doc sources. So for example, I upload the 1K a day diaries, but I'm updating it every single week and I don't want to have to keep re-downloading it as a text file, then uploading it back up into here. So now I can just click this sync button and it will update all of my Google Docs to the most current version. of those Google Docs. So that's been a huge lift for me that I was like one of those things like, oh my gosh, I didn't even know I needed this, and this has saved me so much time from just downloading and re-uploading. So I really love that. You can also download all of your sources. So again, if you were like, I want to download all of these sources and put them into Clodd for something or use them somewhere else or whatever, you can just download. These are features that are not available on just regular Notebook LM. So these buttons are all here because I have the Chrome extension. You can also look at like different views. And then these where you're searching your sources, sometimes when you start getting a lot, you're like, oh God, where is that one? And it's like, okay, actually, I just want the YouTube sources. And now this is like just a way for me to filter. I just want the Google Doc sources. I just need the web URLs, whatever. So now you can find those much more easily. And you can search like if you're like, where is that March diary? Then you go, okay. Okay, great. I want to unselect all sources and only select the March Diary for whatever I'm about to generate here. So those are some features that I've really liked. And then, let's see. Again, over here, there are some additional settings. I think, let's see. Where are they? Analytics? No, that's not what I want. Oh, prompts. Yes. Okay, so you can create prompts that you're going to use over and over again. So for example, I created this one prompt, and I'll open it here so you can see. This is the design aesthetic that I use for most of my infographics and anything where they're, like, creating visuals for me. So I don't have to, like, always type this in again or remember exactly what I say. I can save it as a prompt. And now when I'm in here... I can just come up here and click the prompt button, click, I think I just clicked it, it actually copied it, and so now if I wanted to create a new infographic, I could, oh, I think because this is syncing, it's not letting me click anything to generate, but there we go, it must be all synced now, now I could click this and, oops, and the prompt is right here, so I wouldn't have to find it again somewhere else. So that's another feature that I really like. Like I said, I haven't played around a ton with some of the other things that you can do in here, but one thing I wanted to look at is they do have some automations, and so you can create some smart workflows, and I was like, I wonder what kind of workflows they have, so let's look at this together, let's look at a podcast workflow, since that's how I do a lot of things. So we could say, choose a trigger, a tag is added, we've moved to a connection, Automatically routes save links to their specific notebooks. I don't even know what that means. When an episode finishes playing, source tag, title contains text or audio is generated. Okay, so let's say when an audio is generated from the 1K Day Experiment, then select that podcast and now it's gonna automatically do this. So I don't have to manually come in and move it over. So we could just say, podcast is generated, send to the podcast and now it's automatically gonna be in the feed. So that could be another way to save time. I'm sure there's some other cool things we could do with this. The only reason I'm like, oh, I don't know if I wanna do that is because I always change the name of what the audio is so that it makes sense for y'all and is easy for you to find stuff. Like this one, I wanted it to be the Ads Diaries update from April. And so whatever it originally named it was not that. It was like some, it was probably something like. And I was like, no, that's not going to be clear for people what things are, and if they want to go in and they're like, wait, I just want to see the April Week in the Life doc. So I wonder if I came back over here, if there's a way, I wonder if we could just say podcast workflow, but then I can choose my own. When an audio, 1K Day Experiment, it won't let me go without selecting the podcast. And then, so it's just going to send, that's the only thing it can do. I was going to see if we could add a step that's like, can you rename it? Okay, so I don't want to do that. When an episode finishes, I don't even know what you would do with that. When an episode finishes, episodes will automatically be deleted. Oh, definitely not. Okay. I was curious about the auto-organize because I don't have things organized at all in Notebook.lm right now. I like now that I can come to Notebook.lm and I can search a little bit easier and you can... Where's the... Sorry, I've got some Zoom things in my way here. Okay, maybe that's not what I was gonna show you. Okay, let me come back here. Anyway, I don't have anything auto-organized yet. So when a Notebook tag is applied... So I don't... I haven't even used tags yet. So I don't even know what that would be. When a source tag is applied, when a Notebook tag is applied. Okay, so that makes me be like, what are tags? What's the purpose of tags? So I did pull up their... What do you call it? I would like help desk to see if this would be hard. It for us at all. So let's see, like, smart sort. If you add a specific tag, the notebook moves it to a specific location. But what's the purpose of tags? Part of me just wants to like, okay, that's just FAQs. Let's just search tag. That wasn't very useful. Not told or sign in, format, export. No, no, no. Okay, none of those are answering. What I want. So that's not very helpful, is it? Oh, bulk import. That's a nice feature. That could be, I could see that being useful. Am I dumb, y'all? I don't see... Oh, I did see this earlier, that you can export everything your studio has created, so if I'm in here, and let's go back to that 1K, like, I've created so many different things, I can literally click export and I could select anything that I want to download that I've created, so if I'm like, I need all of the images that I've made downloaded, then I could search just by that. And, oh, it's gonna give it to me in this format, I see. So these are gonna be PNG files, so I could just deselect what I need, and then I just search PNG. that feels like still manual work to then have to go through and, like, deselect, but I guess if you knew what you wanted to export and you needed it done quickly in bulk, you could just download all of it. So I thought that was an interesting feature. What is a notebook template? OK, so I kind of wanted to play around with this, but I'm just looking at the time and I feel like there's maybe a little bit of a better use. But let me check the chat and see. OK, how did you integrate into your tab? OK, yes. So that was one other thing I'll show you on this Cortex Chrome extension. Let's say I am on a sales page. for Coffee with Claude, and I want to add this to one of my notebooks. I'm like, this is a source. So I can create the Chrome extension here and I can say import this page. And then I could find, if I already have an existing notebook, I could just add it right there. Or, let's see, what does this do? Quick import capture page to PDF. So that's kind of cool. So you could import it to the notebook. You can also click Manage Notebooks. That's what opens this up. And then let's come back here. I think you guys can see my Chrome extension. I just realized that sharing my screen, sometimes I don't know what you can see. But let's say I wanted to take a, this is like taking a full page screenshot of my web page. And then did it add it? I don't know. Let's see. I guess that was it. I was in my coffee with Claude. No. So what happened to it? What was happening there? I clicked this. Okay. So it's capturing the page. Oh, this request exceeds. It's too big. Okay. So I already used I this other Chrome extension called Go Full Page, and it captures the full page screenshot of whatever you need. So, where's my neighbor? So I have this here, so I could download this as a PDF or a PNG, but that would be separate from the Cortex plugin. So, coming back here, I think, oh my gosh, y'all, I'm clicking the wrong buttons. I think we could basically just import to Notebook, so we'll see what happens. I clicked import and now I could open Notebook, and let's see, it did add it, now I already had it there, so I'm going to remove that because I don't need it twice, but you can do that very easily. So when you're on a web page, if you're just like, oh, add this to my, oh, I just found this cool article about POTS, add it to my POTS notebook, great, it just goes right there, you don't have to open Open Notebook LM and copy-paste and do the whole thing. Okay, I'm going to go into creating this new data analytics tool in Notebook LM, and I got this idea from my friend Monica, and I want to see, here we go, we're going to create a new notebook, and she uses this to analyze, like, what's happening in her business and how things are running, and so I thought, oh, that's a great idea. Then you could chat with it, you could have it create charts and graphics and things for you, give you an audio overview, like, I'm very curious. So a couple, I got a couple ideas from her of things we could upload. So one of the first things was, like, uploading your transaction data. So I wanted to come into here and look at my, okay, I don't want you all to see my, the client names, but what I could do is take all transactions. I'm We're going to download a CSV file of this. This is a giant file. There's 11,000-some transactions. Let's see if I can just now upload this, Transactions, to Notebook.lm. So it's probably going to take a minute to upload, but it's a CSV file. So that was one idea I had. Let's look at a couple other ideas. One thing I thought is she said Google Search Console data. So I was like, oh, that's a great idea. So we could look at, like, get a report of our performance. Let's see if we wanted to look at the last 16 months and compare, let's see, compare the last six months to a previous period. Okay. Apply. And then I would click Export, and I would put, I think, a CSV file. Let's come back here. Okay, great. So my transcript is, or my transactions data is here. And so since this is the only thing in my sources right now, we can see this says, tracks various digital education products, financial data, lead sources, etc. Okay, cool. So I wonder if I asked it, what product has made me the most money of all time? We'll just see, can it actually read through that material and answer that for me? And of course, like you can upload this to any AI tool, I could add this to Claude or ChatGPT or whatever, and it would also, I could also ask it questions. But the chat has a context window, right? Like, you can't always keep going indefinitely. And here you can. You could also like create all of these things and have it. So I'm curious to see, does this actually...I haven't done it. So is this actually better than just using Claude or not? So it's figuring that out right now. So let's add another source here. We're going to add that. Oh, okay. It was a zip file that that created. So I need to unzip it and then I'm going to come back here to Upload File. All right. So these are the CSV files that my Google Search Console created. Okay. While an exact aggregated total is not calculated, Success Whistle Incubator stands out as the product that has made you the most money. Okay. That makes sense. Six Figure Blog Academy is your next biggest all-time earner. Generated... 1.5, oh no, sorry, 1,500. These are just dozens of transactions. Would you like me to create a tailored report analyzing the sales and performance of these high ticket programs? So I could say yes. I'm not sure if I actually wanted to do that yet. I think right now what I'm going to do is just upload a bunch of these sources. So that was Google Search Console. I also wanted to look at my Fathom Analytics. And so maybe we could say All Time, which only goes back to June 2021. Is this the export button? Export dashboard data. Download dashboard. Zip file containing exports. Okay, great. So I'm going to download those. Fathom is what I use instead of Google Analytics because I prefer the dashboard so much more. GA4 is such a nightmare to use. So I hate using it. I did pull up my Google Analytics here. So I could potentially download some of that data. could also download it and have it compare and say, like, how does Google Analytics data compare to Fathom Analytics data and, like, what's the issue there? But that was an idea. I also thought about having it get my email analytics data. So Kartra, unfortunately, doesn't have an export for their report. But I was wondering if I could highlight, this is the last 200 emails that I've sent. So I'm going to select all of these. See if I can get this to go a little faster. Come on. Okay. And either, let's see what would happen if I just added a source and pasted the text, I don't know if that will really be effective, so what I might do for that is unselect everything, pasted text, and then say, what is my average open rate of the last 200 emails? Now it's only going to answer from that source that I have selected, and I don't know if it's going to be able to read that, I might need to put it in a CSV file itself, but we'll see. I'm doing lots of thinking while that's going, let's see. Okay, I think this downloaded now so we could potentially upload some new sources, so I've got to unzip that file, and now I can add source, upload files, and I've got, that was a lot of data. Okay, the provided source contains the raw metrics from September to April. Exact overall average is not pre-calculated. However, analyzing the raw data reveals standard broadcasts sent to a primary list of 8,500 to 1,000 people achieve open rates between 35% and 50%, whole sole list on February 46%, similarly a weekly room email 37%. So, it did, it was able So that was cool that I could just copy paste it from Kartra and I didn't have to do anything else. The raw totals for all recipients would need to be exported and summed up in a spreadsheet tool. Okay, so in that case, what did I just do? Cancel. Okay, I would go to create a new sheet and then I would maybe copy paste that data. So now we have it here. And then we could say like Kartra email analytics. And then what I could do is just come here, add source, go to drive, and then it's right here. So insert. Now I'll remove that pasted text because I don't need it in there twice. Remove source. Okay. Okay, so here's that sheet now. So I'll just say, like, I just uploaded the Cartra email analytics sheet, so can you give me the aggregate percentage? And I'm also curious if my email rates have dropped over time because it feels like over the last month or two, they've dropped maybe 10 to 15 percentage points. So I'm kind of curious about that too. So I will just upload that and then chat with it. Okay, so now I have all of my website data from Fathom and Google Search Console. What else would be helpful to look at here? Maybe a Facebook Ads Manager report. So I could look at like... . Let's see if I wanted to just look at the last year, April 1st through April 1st, April 26. Okay. I want to look at had delivery. Why is that? Showing one ad that's not even on. What the heck? Had delivery. Some of your data didn't fully load because of an API arrow. Try narrowing your filters or exporting. Okay. Okay. Well, let's just see if we just export this as a CSV. Date your campaign. Oh, That's not from that. Okay. So come back over here. Add source. We have to not export. Okay. What the heck, Meta? Come on. Cannot export data. Try reducing the amount of data. Gosh. That's annoying. Let's say I want to look at just my challenge ads. Okay. I think Meta might be having an issue right now. So that's not going to work. So let's skip that. So now let's say I want to create a infographic. What would be helpful here? Like, what would you guys want to see based off of, based off of some of the sources that we uploaded? Like, what would be? That be helpful. Create a graphic that outlines, no, create a graphic that analyzes my top products sold each year since 2020 based on units sold and also based on revenue earned. Okay, so maybe we'll say Detailed, Portrait, I'm just gonna say Auto-Select, see what it comes up with, right? Oh, shoot, it's not gonna do it because I don't have the right things selected. I gotta try that again. And actually, I think because I don't want it to... Step 2 2 2 3 3 Pull from everything. All right, so let's try that again. Portrait, Detailed, Create an Infographic that analyzes my top products sold each year since 2020, including both the number of units sold and the amount of revenue earned. Do the top five products each year. And then I might say, my brand colors are this, just because I like to see things in branded. Okay, I'm getting an alert that my battery is about to die, so I gotta go get my charger. Let me move inside for a second here. I'm Fergus. Y'all know I do most of my work from my front porch, which is the best. One sec. All right. I'm going to die on you. There we go. So it smells so good in here. My housekeeper just made a chicken satay bowl. Mmm. Yum. okay. So your intuition is completely correct. The data confirms your open rates have indeed dropped by roughly 10 to 15 percent points over the last couple of months. I knew it. During this period, standard broadcast to your main list, 10 to 11,000 recipients were consistently retrieving open rates in the high 40 to low 50 percent range. Similarly, your 1K day flash sale emails, but the drop happened in March and April, dipped into the low 30 to low 40 percent range. So Rachel and I have been talking about this because Because I think that what's happening is the AI tools that a lot of email providers like Gmail and Apple Mail have come out with are scanning people's inboxes and sorting and organizing them for them, which is great as a user, but means that sometimes our emails are now being re-categorized into their promotions folder or not where they originally would see them. And so I think that we're not getting the same open rates because of these AI inboxes, because we haven't changed anything about frequency, subject lines, content, anything like that. So I don't know if anybody else has noticed that, but I definitely have. And of course, this one's saying your lowest open rate, but that email went out today, so that makes sense why it would be lower, because it usually takes 24 hours for everybody to get through their inbox at least. okay, so that's something that we could do. Did anybody say in the chat what would be helpful to look at? No. Okay. Well, what I wanted to do here basically was create something that would allow me to have all of my different data and see if I could, you know, generate some reports to figure out, like, what's working, what's not. I might have, like, a report of an executive summary where I just am saying, like, let's just use this very generic thing first and see what it comes up with based on all of our transactions, our emails, our website traffic and analytics. So we'll see if it can tell us anything useful about what's happening in the business. and sometimes I might just look at, like, other ways, to look at the data. So we could just say, like, what's working and what's not in 2026 in Kate's Business, Success with Soul. and then, oh, we want to add that prompt, right? So how did I do that? prompts, copy, awesome. So now it's going to create a detailed deck for me to look at. I could also do an audio overview. and maybe I just want like a brief traffic overview. Compare visitor accounts across these sources. What's working best? What's not working? Are any of these- How much of this traffic, rather, is actually converting into- All right, so we'll generate that. And sometimes I like just doing the mind map. What's cool with the mind map is when you click it, it first is going to just kind of generate the basic overview, and then as you click into, so see the mind maps very fast, but as you click into different pieces of it, it's going to answer it in the chat. So let's say this is basically looking at website visitor analytics. So let's say I want to look at traffic sources. So now see it started this chat that says discuss what these sources say about traffic sources in the larger context of website visitor analytics. So I can see here it's saying like direct, organic, paid, and social. And of course, for me, social would all be technically paid because we don't have any organic social. But let's say I wanted to look at organic. And so it will then start answering some questions here, and then we can, you know, chat about it. I'm surprised the infographics are taking so long. I feel like those usually are much faster. But, okay, here's what this says. Direct traffic is by far your largest source of website visitors. And for me, I interpret direct traffic as people either typing in my website directly because they know what they're looking for, but more likely, and where the bulk of that traffic is coming from, is from email. It's because people are clicking something in an email that's driving them back to our website. And that's counted as direct traffic. So, this mass and volume indicates highly engaged existing audience that navigates directly to your URLs, through bookmarks, direct typing, or untracked links. Organic search is your top acquisition funnel. the meantime! Google is your most dominant referring platform. Of course, that makes sense. Paid campaigns and Facebook are highly effective. Facebook is the undisputed leader for this traffic, so that also tells me, you know, like, I'm running the ads on Meta, but mostly Meta is choosing to show my ads on Facebook versus Instagram. Specific campaigns are driving localized surges. So we can see this is my SAC challenge purchase. That's my Facebook ad. Most successful campaign, 6,900 visitors. Here's some other campaigns. Okay, got it. Email remains a reliable medium, driving nearly 3,000 tracked visitors. Additionally, your referred data shows a massive amount of cross-traffic. . Okay, that makes sense because my old website was katekordsmeyer.com and we just have a redirect going on. So it's not actually cross-traffic. It's just redirection. What does it say about organic? Let's see. Top search queries. This is what I wanted to see. Your organic traffic is fueled by a healthy mix of branded search terms, including brand names, Kate Kordsmeier, and Success with Soul, driving the highest volume of direct clicks. Okay, so everybody needs to make sure that they rank for their own name and their own business name, right? Additionally, you're capturing significant organic traffic from users searching for software comparisons. So Wix versus Squarespace versus WordPress, Kartra versus System.io, and Financial Transparency. And my income reports are always in the top organic traffic. So Google is the primary search engine, followed by Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yandex, and Yahoo. So I want to see, how am I doing ranking in AI tools? Do I get any traffic from chat GPT, PerP... Okay. So we'll see what that says. and then coming back into the mind map again, like if I want to, you can just keep clicking and it will keep giving you more detail about whatever you're clicking on. so if I wanted to see search performance, search appearance, review snippet, I'm kind of curious about that. okay. Okay. are beginning to see some traffic from AI tools, though the numbers are currently quite small. ChatGPT 144 visitors, Perplexity 21, Gemini 9, Claude 7, Notebook LM 1. Okay. So we're in the early stages of that. So like now I couldn't ask Notebook LM, tell me, you know. How to Start Ranking for Ranking in ChatGPT, for example, it's only basing these answers based off of my sources. So anyway, I guess that's basically it. We'll probably wrap up here in just a second, but I was hoping, sometimes if you just click refresh, a lot of these actually show up. So here is my organic performance report. So email sales powerhouse, top products and revenue drivers. So $11,000 from a single broadcast when we sent this email in November 2025. My birthday sales significantly outperformed standard weekly emails. Oh, right. This is because I accidentally created this infographic asking it for something about transactions and we had the wrong source selected. So this is what it ended up creating. But I'm sort of curious, like, isn't it interesting to see? The power of urgency in price increases. Now, these numbers aren't going to be exactly correct, because this is according to Cartra, whose analytics are not very good at attributing revenue to the email that created it, but it is pulling a few things here and saying, okay, this email directly, Cartra attributed $11,000 to it, 67 units sold in a single campaign from Black Friday. That's interesting. So anyway, that's not what I wanted this one to do, because I made the mistake, but there it is. Let's look at the actual product and performance review. Okay, 2021, the foundations of impact. So focus on long form content and planning, high ticket entry with incubator at night. this was my $10,000 mastermind. So we had retired these offers. Fers, I'm not sure why these numbers, I guess this is saying what the average price was, not what the total revenue earned was, which doesn't really make sense. 2022 through 2024, transition to lower price volume builders. See, this is not correct. Six Figure Blog Academy, I stopped selling in 2020, maybe in 2020. so I'm not, I feel like this is inaccurate data. Get It Done Week Workshops became a staple. That's definitely true. and then, let's see, AI and Mindful Academy era, so that would be MBA. Price points ranging from $44 to $14.97. See, that's not even the pay in full price, so that's not right. 1K-a-day experiment replaces blogging as top acquisition. . I feel like this actually makes no sense, so I'm not going to base anything off of that, but was sort of curious to see what it would say. So maybe we need different prompts or something different about the data that it's using. Okay, great. So here is the report. So we can see here, it's like giving us the traffic acquisition overview. I find this helpful actually because I don't know about y'all, but when I log in to just like Google Search Console or Analytics, sometimes I'm like, I don't know what I'm looking at here. This is hard for me to understand. And so this is kind of synthesizing all of that data. Okay. And you can see here, this immediately tells me, and I knew this already, but I'm having a bot traffic problem right now. And you can see that the top performing countries, because it's saying Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam, this is one of my indicators that this is bot traffic and not real traffic. is traffic. And, then, BOT, B-O-T, not B-O-U-G-H-T, so I am going to kind of ignore some of that data, and I'll probably have to clean the data of that, but we can see search performance, so like, my position has improved in Google search in the review snippets from 36 to 18, my clicks rose from 1 to 3, translated results, see, I think this is from Bot Traffic, product snippets improved from 5, ranking 53 to ranking 5, which is page 1, so I like to see that, but a low sample size of impressions, regional key, okay, so this was a lot of like, because we just gave it a basic prompt, it didn't, it's not really giving me that helpful of information, but it kind of gives you an idea of what you can You could see. Here's the slides. Let's see what these look like. The 2026 Energetic Audit of Success with Sol. So this is showing, again, where our global footprint is, which let's just pretend this is real data and not bot traffic. We could be like, wow, how cool. Social media visitors. . High effort, fleeting lifespan. Again, I'm not sure why this isn't counted as paid traffic because I only have Social media, not organic, but that's sort of interesting to see. Here's what I'm ranking for. Position one, unshakable brand authority. And then it's showing me like, okay, so what I might take from this is, wow, I am ranking well for tool comparisons. I should either make sure those posts are fully optimized and or create more of that kind of content. Same thing for my income reports, SEO captures top of funnel seekers, transitioning into conscious business, MBA is the hub, the anomaly is slash cart, users spend over 15 minutes in the checkout zone with only a 7% bounce rate, okay, love to hear it, this was a tripwire, quick conversion, 17% bounce rate, highly aligned frictionless tripwire entry point, love it. Oh, this is interesting, looking at kind of some of my different offers and the offer alignment in terms of energy and exchange, cool. Constellation of conversion, some of these I'm like, I don't really know what this means. Basically, the SAC challenge brought in... It's almost 7,000 visitors, which led to 2,000 people visiting the actual hub page and 1,800 people visiting the webinar page. So that's, I think, interesting. Anyway, failed payments. This is like showcasing, okay, we see a lot of failed payments for these things. Making sure you've got dunning in place. That's interesting. High drop-off signals on, see, this is one of the pages that I think I have bot traffic coming to, so that makes sense why there'd be a high drop-off. Looking at, so it's just like giving me some leaks, some alignment directives. Double down on flow. Direct and organic search are your true lifeblood. Protect evergreen SEO over social media hustle. I love that this knew that, even though it knows nothing about me. My brand, like it does not know who Kate Kordsmeier is, right? Like it does not know what the Success with Soul brand is about, but it can look at my data and say, this is what's working, and it knows Evergreen and SEO over social media works. So that's really cool to see that actually like shown in the data. Okay. So I think that's a good stopping point for us here, y'all. I'm going to stop sharing my screen. I've got to jump on to another call. The slides are gorgeous, even if the data isn't right. I know, right? the AI referrals are organic traffic, right? Exactly. GEO searchability. Yep. So we're starting to rank. We're not like currently getting tons of traffic from it, but it's starting to work. So that's a good signal to me to maybe keep going. Let me know how you guys like these. There's part of me that's like, is this so boring? Just like watch me click around? Or is this fascinating? Or somewhere in between? We're going to keep doing these once a month, but I'd love to hear what you guys want to see next. What tool should we deep dive in next time? . Anything that I missed, Rach? I don't think so. 1:26:19 Rachel Silves - Team KK: I'm excited to go play around with Notebook LM, that's for sure. 1:26:24 Kate Kordsmeier: . Notebook LM is so cool. All right, y'all.
