2. for telegram - I think I'd like to try this for my "open cart" next week for Q's from the community. Is it really easy to set up & give to people? you just create an account then share a thread or something? have you run into any challenges with the platform?

Kate said she's liking Telegram so far—it was easy to set up and makes it simpler to find and engage with messages compared to Voxer, where she'd have to forward DMs manually. Her main challenge is that only 49 of the 139 active members have joined the Telegram channel, and she's struggling to get feedback since polls and questions she's posted have gotten no responses. The one thing she really misses from Voxer is the AI summary tool for voice memos, which isn't available on Telegram.
