Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate says she mainly uses co-work only for scheduled, more agentic tasks, whereas for everyday chatbot-style requests (like drafting an HTML page, writing an email, or analyzing data) she just uses regular Claude or Claude skills, since it uses fewer tokens and does much the same job—so she uses regular Claude and skills more than co-work, even though skills can be used within co-work. She currently teaches this in Skill Smart with AI's "The Room" (this month focused on Claude skills) and has added a Claude skills section to Scale Smart with AI's back office bot squad course, but hasn't done much on co-work yet and is open to adding more if there's interest.
