Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate says she doesn't really "move on" from an offer to a new one—she maintains an offer ecosystem and is always talking about all of her offers simultaneously, rather than promoting something hard for a few weeks and then dropping it forever. She notes that constantly creating new offers (like a friend of hers does) is actually more work and unsustainable, whereas continually getting better at selling what you've already created is more effective, which is why she relies on always-on funnels like her welcome series to keep selling for her.
