KARTRA Q: what system have you come up with to organize kartra sequences - in kit, they were all organized so easily and compartmentally and in kartra it's not as organized. do you move them all to airtable to keep them organized? for example, if you have 10 flash sales you do each year and you want to repeat them next year, where do you keep all your emails you sent to promote and sell the flash sale - so next year, it's easily to just repeat them without having to go on a goosehunt to find the whole sequence list (if you sent them in the main broadcast field).

Kate's take, in a sentence or two
Kate says she's never really thought about sequence organization in Kartra because the search feature makes it unnecessary—her main system is just using clear, descriptive names (like "March 2026 1K a Day Price Increase Flash Sale") so she can easily search and find things. When she needs a sequence again, like their monthly "Get It Done" week nurture sequences, she just clones the previous one and edits it as needed. She doesn't see the need for any additional organizational system like an Airtable or spreadsheet dashboard, since naming, searching, and cloning covers everything she needs.
