Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate doesn't want to share too much detail since she wants to protect her mastermind's ideas before they're made public, but she says their thinking has been inspired by a combination of Tara's human side of AI guide and Monica's AI that sells—looking at those as a host, not a contributor, to see what's working better than traditional bundles and summits. She'll drop links to both below so people can get a sense of where their heads are at, but she wants to protect the group's privacy until things are further along.
