If you were starting over with your evergreen systems which ones would you implement first and why? What order would you implement them for increased profit?
Kate's answer
Kate's take, in a sentence or two
Kate says she'd start with the basics in chronological order of what a new subscriber experiences: first a lead magnet with a tripwire (plus sales pages) so she's monetizing from day one, then a welcome sequence, then adding a bump offer and upsell. From there she'd add abandoned cart funnels, then the buyer's nurture funnel (she reconsiders and swaps this ahead of the forever funnel), followed by the forever funnel (built just three emails at a time until reaching 52), invisible funnels like intake forms and check-ins, and retention funnels for memberships. Finally, once she has three to five proven funnels working organically, she'd start running ads to them, noting that growing the email list is never a total waste since it's all valuable data and feedback.
