I was just listening to Amy Porterfields new podcast and she was talking about using a claude dashboard to track numbers. i’ve really struggled to keep on top of my weekly numbers but it’s boring for me to have to check analytics on multiple websites. i know you have a system (that’s what i follow!) but i want know if you have automated it and if you now use a dashboard or if its something you are thinking of creating in the future? do you really only spend like 20 mins a week on analytics? can you walk us through your whole process of pulling numbers and then actually analysing and making decisions?

Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate says checking analytics isn't boring to her at all—she loves numbers and certainty (she jokingly calls herself "OCD" about it), and having real data lets her know what lever to pull instead of guessing. She's automated much of her tracking through Airtable, Claude morning briefings, and QuickBooks/Airtable integrations with Claude for quick insights, plus scheduled monthly traffic and weekly email dashboards, so she doesn't spend much regular time on analytics—though she still does periodic multi-hour deep dives. The one persistent pain point she hasn't solved despite years of effort, hired help, and various tools is accurately tracking full customer journeys and ROI by lead source (ads, bundles, affiliates, etc.), and she suggests a future "watch me build" call in August could dig into her whole data-pulling and decision-making process.
