Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate explains that she's always paid a flat 50% affiliate commission across her courses and digital products, following what she saw as an industry standard set by people like Amy Porterfield. She and Rachel recently debated tiering commissions lower for things like coaching or one-on-one calls, but after messy inconsistent rates in the past, they decided simplicity was more important than trying to shave down payouts—especially coming off their biggest months ever, largely driven by affiliates. The exceptions are one-on-one coaching and sponsor spotlights, which pay 0% since she doesn't want more of those promoted; otherwise she stays generous, believing affiliates often drive sales she wouldn't have gotten alone, and that "generosity is good karma."
