Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate is building her chatbot in Zapier since she's already paying for it and can embed it directly into her portal without worrying about access issues for former members. She's uploading call transcripts, course material, emails, philosophies, and brand voice guidelines, though she's still mid-process and doesn't have a complete answer yet. She's keeping things simple for now, liking Zapier's output enough to avoid learning a new tool, but says she might switch to Delphi (which her friend Destiny is using) down the road.
