With your recent JV promotion and a flood of new people to your list, have you found that your systems are holding or is there anything that you’re updating or improving? Just curious to see what you’re learning through all of this and if there’s something that I could maybe do to prepare for a bigger opportunity. I think the biggest issue for me would be customer service.

Kate's take, in a sentence or two
Kate says it's still too early to fully judge how her systems are holding up, but so far the funnel is converting well overall—the tripwire is converting low at 1.5% but at a higher price point, which still nets more money, and it already brought in $7-8k before the MBA pitch even happened, with the bump/upsell also converting nicely. She's seeing "everything sells everything," with people who weren't ready for MBA buying other things like shop items, the nine grid course, and antisocial SEO instead. On customer service, she says that's definitely been the biggest challenge with over 100 new clients already before cart even closed, but she and Rachel divided responsibilities (Voxer group vs. help desk/video ask) and are tracking success like 30%+ of Voxer group question-askers converting to buyers—and she's trusting that she and Rachel can handle whatever comes, even if it means hiring help or working more hours, rather than letting fear of success hold her back.
