Kate currently has about 11,500 subscribers, having gained over 11,000 but lost around 7,800 last year—unsubscribes she doesn't worry about since she cares more about quality than raw numbers. For 2026, her goal is to double her list to 25,000 subscribers (with 15,000 as good, 20,000 as better, and 25,000 as best), while maintaining around a 50% open rate and ideally improving her click rate.
