I’ve heard the advice from many to sell one offer to one audience for a while before expanding. You have many offers as part of your ecosystem now. Did you start out focusing on one, or had you been building the ecosystem from the start?

Kate's take, in a sentence or two
Kate says she partly agrees with the advice, since many people abandon offers too soon instead of learning to market them better—she believes it's usually the marketing, not the offer, that's failing. But she thinks the fuller picture is having an "offer ecosystem" with multiple entry points—varying by price, support style (one-on-one, group, self-study, done-for-you), and payment structure (recurring vs. pay-in-full)—since this lets you meet different types of buyers and figure out what you personally enjoy offering. She notes this mix is her personal sweet spot after 11 years of testing different models, but acknowledges the right approach varies for everyone based on individual goals and preferences.
