Live webinars work. I did them for a season but they are draining. How do you plan to implement them in your current schedule and protect your energy?

Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate's plan is to learn by trial and error rather than starting with a rigid, fully-planned system—she wants to run one to two live webinars a month and gradually systematize the process, improving it "1% better" each time rather than trying to perfect it upfront. Right now setup is fairly manual (cloning assets, changing dates), but her goal is to eventually streamline it so running a webinar takes just 20-30 minutes of turning on ads and sequences before showing up live. She's also preparing herself mentally to not judge the strategy too quickly based on early results, and instead use each attempt's data to identify what to automate, delegate, or eliminate before deciding whether the approach is worth continuing.
