Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate hasn't heard about the redundancy issue but mostly uses skills rather than projects, since she finds skills can do everything a project can do and more. The one exception is when she wants to actively "chat with" uploaded material as a knowledge base—like her parenting project with books on neurodivergent kids and Dr. Becky's "Good Inside"—since that use case feels better suited to projects in her mind. Otherwise, she's leaned into converting things to skills, like replacing her old email copywriting project with an email copywriter skill, which she now prefers using.
