What redundancies do you have in place for things you can’t control? Health, tech/AI, etc? How did you think through them?

Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate designs her business around her worst weeks, not her best ones, since her health doesn't follow her calendar—so she works a four-day week (Monday–Thursday, under 25 hours), keeps Fridays completely work-free, and batches all calls onto Tuesdays (with Thursday reserved for her low-key mastermind call) to avoid the mental drain of context-switching. Her redundancies include Rachel (her ops/customer service right hand) so clients aren't waiting on her, house help so she's not burning energy on chores, and heavy reliance on AI/tech systems—like a synced Obsidian vault, backed-up Claude skills, watchdog tasks, and a Cloudflare worker logging failures—so nothing breaks silently. She's diversified income across evergreen funnels, launches, JV partners, ads, and affiliates so no single source could sink her, though she admits her biggest remaining vulnerability is that it's just her and Rachel as humans, which she's made peace with since a big team was never the right model for her.
