Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate says she avoided running her own bundle/summit for years because she knows how much work goes into them behind the scenes, but was inspired by Tara Reid's collab guide format (an interview PDF with a bundle and VIP pass), which she found genius and easy to be part of as a contributor. She used Claude to help her build out her own version, "This Is How We Clawed," and found it surprisingly simple despite the many moving parts, ultimately generating almost a $50k launch—so she's doing it again in October with an even more simplified approach. She strongly prefers this low-overwhelm collab guide format over traditional summits, which she personally finds overwhelming both to run and to attend (she rarely even finishes watching summits she signs up for as a fan).
