Kate's take, in a sentence or two
Kate says client delivery and customer service historically ate up the most time—about 40% as of February—covering inbox insights, Voxer coaching, office hours, and à la carte sessions, though bringing Rachel back and leaning on AI for first drafts has helped a lot. Her favorite activities are writing and "tech rabbit holes" (tinkering with apps, AI, Airtable), plus live or async coaching, though as an introvert she can only do so much coaching before feeling depleted. What she procrastinates on most are ads, income reports, and recording videos/solo content—even though she genuinely enjoys ads and income reports once she starts, and she'd much rather teach live or write things out than record herself.
