Can you speak to your "email scrub process" - Kartra pops up in price once you go over 12.5K - I think your list hovers at about that too? - so do you have a good scrub process where you just let people go if they haven't opened in 3 months and are you firm on it? or do you let them sit longer if they haven't opened?

Kate's take, in a sentence or two
Kate says she regularly scrubs her list because she noticed her open rates dropping, which reminded her she once cut her list from 25,000 down to 7,000 subscribers by removing cold leads—and that actually improved results. She has a mostly automated pruning process built in Kartra (taught in her Email List Love course), but since Kartra can't dynamically trigger actions based on behavior like "hasn't opened in 90 days," she still has to manually filter leads monthly (via a ClickUp task) and add them to a "we're about to delete you" sequence before removing non-responders. She never deletes leads from her core database to preserve analytics, but instead unsubscribes them from her "active subscribers" list, which is the only list she actually emails from.
