Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate admits she hasn't given a real update since April because it's "been a bit of a shit show" — she went down a rabbit hole with the ads data but hasn't done much since. Her challenge ads are back on but performance is very inconsistent (seven tripwire sales one day, fewer than that the whole week before), and she hasn't been giving them the attention they need. Going forward, she wants to focus on building a proper dashboard (using Claude or Lovable) to track her leads and ad performance so she can actually make informed changes, since right now she'd admit it's not working well.
