I’d like to hear more about your strategy of using MailMeteor during launches for personalized emails. What do you think about and when are the best times to send them. I’d also like to hear about how many replies you got from the ones you sent out recently and what you think might make them even more effective. You mentioned in the week in a life doc that you wanted to pull stats for this outreach. How would you go about doing that? I am curious about trying something like this for my next launch. My last launch I did Bonjoro outreach where I recorded one video and then sent it to a certain segment that were live on my webinar. That worked really well, but something like this might be good to layer in as well.

Kate's take, in a sentence or two
Kate said she doesn't really track best send times or days—she just sends when she gets to it—but she always segments her list to warm leads only (like webinar registrants, sometimes further segmented by attendance), and sends short, personal, non-salesy emails from her own Gmail that people can reply directly to her about. She shared recent stats (like 78% open/7% reply on the first email, 63% open/4.4% reply on the follow-up) and explained she uses Mail Meteor's autopilot feature to space out sends for better deliverability, though she doesn't cross-reference replies with actual purchases since that's harder to track, especially for JV launches. She recommends this approach over something like Bonjoro, which requires individual video messages and isn't scalable for her needs unless she were selling a high-ticket program.
