01 · The question

I’ve been hearing recently that closing a sale for low ticket B2C online programs ($249-$349) is hard to do without a human touch, like a live sales webinar, sales call, live messaging, etc. I know you’re the Email Queen (and non-social media Guru). What’s your take on this?

Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate says she doesn't buy the claim that you can't sell something in the $250–$350 range without a human touch or a sales call—she's personally sold $10k packages and $1,900 coaching offers without ever speaking to the buyer, and she sells $250–$300 offers daily to cold strangers with no webinar needed. Her take is "everything works, you just have to figure out what works for you," based on your capacity, desire, and personality—adding human touch (like Voxer chats) can boost conversions, but it's one of the last levers she'd pull since it's not scalable. If you have good traffic but low sales, she says the real problem is almost always messaging, not the lack of a sales call.
