My other question is around ai. I listened to the last several telegram hours, so I’ve been hearing your thoughts and answers around ai with those questions. In one of the conversations you said you were creating a new Claude skill, and it would take you about 30 days to flesh out the skill and get it to where you needed. So my question is, how much time (and maybe sanity) do you think ai is saving you overall? Like, once you get it set up, do you have an estimate as to what that ROI is? I currently do not use any form of ai in my business (no judgement for those that do) so I’m trying to understand the ROI on it, and where you see it helping your business long term. Like, what systems are fully going to ai automation for you?

Kate says she can't even estimate the time and sanity AI has saved her because it's been so exponential—she went from having five full-time employees and a $35,000/month payroll to running her business essentially solo with just one part-time contractor, all on a $200/month AI plan. She notes that as a self-described "control freak," delegating to humans was always stressful and imperfect, whereas AI lets her get much closer to replicating exactly how she'd do things herself, and now she works only 20-25 hours a week while still producing high-quality output. She says she literally couldn't run her current business without AI and finds the ROI almost impossible to put into words.
