For Inbox Insights emails, Kate uses an Airtable base that lists all her clients, with an automation triggered at a set date and time each week to check who's an active member and send them the same standard email template—so she never has to update anything manually. For monthly calls, she relies on Kartra's built-in calendar feature: members are subscribed to the calendar, and through the calendar settings she sets up recurring call days/times along with automatic email reminders, making the whole process simple to manage.
