In today's Room call, you mentioned that you used to have like 50 offers. Now, you have wrapped those into like 3 offers - MBA, $1k/Day and The Room. Curious to know - have you noticed which way sells better for you at this point in time - more offers that are lower ticket or fewer offers that are higher ticket?

Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate says she didn't cut down to just three offers—she still has over a dozen—but her three core offers (MBA, The Room, and the 1K a Day Experiment) drive the bulk of her revenue, while nearly 40 of her other low-ticket products barely move the needle without massive volume. Looking at her actual data, she found "containers are better than components": she sold 10x more units of her core offers despite them costing more, proving her audience buys more based on alignment and complete systems than on cheap, disconnected pricing. So after trimming her shop and raising prices (including on tripwires), she's actually seeing more daily orders and higher average order value than before—going from an average of 8 orders/day last year to 14-15/day now—resulting in a calmer, less overwhelming business overall.
