01 · The question

How do you decide when to do launches? Are most of yours email promos? I did see something where you said you might start doing a monthly webinar again.

Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate decides on launches by first looking at how many core offers she's selling and how she's feeling personally that year (maternity leave, sabbaticals, travel, etc.), then spaces launches out so she's not repeating the same offer too often—like planning one flagship launch per offer per quarter. She tailors the approach to each offer, such as running a recurring monthly "Get It Done Week" push for The Room instead of a big launch, keeping MBA to occasional live pushes while selling it evergreen the rest of the time, and now testing a monthly live webinar to cold traffic as a cash-injection strategy. Most of her launches are email-only "flash sales" rather than big multi-channel launches, and she always builds in a reason to buy now, like a discount, bonus, or price-increase deadline.
