Kate's take, in a sentence or two
Kate explained that although she doesn't have autoimmune disease, she manages several chronic conditions (PCOS, hypothyroidism, POTS, neuropathy, hypermobility, plus OCD/PTSD/anxiety) and builds her business around them. She protects her time fiercely—batching calls to only two days a week, taking Fridays off, working from the couch, limiting client capacity, pricing one-on-one work higher, and favoring asynchronous coaching—while also investing heavily in support at home and in her business (a housekeeper/organizer, VAs, contractors, and a monthly solo hotel night) to preserve rest and mental bandwidth. She acknowledges this level of support is a privilege, but says it's what allows her to truly work when working and truly rest when not.
