Have you trained Claude on business strategy or is this something you don't feel you need AI help with? If you have, is it a skill/how did you do it, and how do you use it day-to-day? Thanks!
Kate's answer
Kate's take, in a sentence or two
Kate says she's trained several business strategy skills into Claude: a CFO strategist (for interpreting revenue, profit margins, ROI, and cash flow decisions toward her profit goals), a mindset coach (for thought work using Brooke Castillo and Byron Katie frameworks), a decision-maker skill (for making life-first decisions validated by data, soon to be added to the 1K a day portal), a team manager/virtual COO (for contractor management, based on frameworks like Run Like Clockwork), and a money coach (trained on books like *You Are a Badass at Making Money*, which she thinks she should merge back with her CFO skill). She notes she doesn't always need a specific skill for strategy advice—usually she just needs something to "show her a mirror of herself," which is why the mindset coach is what she leans on most, while the CFO and COO skills help more with internal, operational stuff.
