Kate keeps her business strategy mainly in her "brand iOS" doc, which covers her mission, vision, values, and overall business philosophy, plus she's turned this into a Claude skill. She also loads custom instructions into her general Claude preferences (things like her tech stack, core offers, 2026 goals, priorities, team, and operating principles such as "life first, business second" and "systems beat hustle") so Claude applies that context to everything she asks. On top of that, she uploads her "1K a Day" diaries into a project so Claude can extract patterns about her business strategy from them and save key insights to memory.
