I’m curious about YOUR conversion standards. For Email Campaigns, what do you aim for (%-wise) for open rates, click rates, sales?

Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate says open rate is the metric she trusts least but still checks first as a "health check," noting her personal floor is 40% (versus the industry standard of 25%), and she's currently at 45%. She actually lives in click-to-open rate (clicks divided by opens, not total recipients), targeting 2-5% on warm sends, and looks at sales conversion (aiming for 1-3% of the list purchasing) while largely dismissing unsubscribe rate ("I bless and release") except when evaluating lead-gen sources by cohort. Ultimately, the number she cares about most is overall list engagement per campaign, since she's more focused on beating her own past performance than chasing industry benchmarks.
