AI is changing so much every day and there are new features coming out so often it’s easy to get caught up in new things that take time that we should be spending on core activities like the weekly four activities you recommend. How do you prioritize what to spend time on learning and what to not do. I’ve had several chats with Claude recently about implementing new ideas or purchasing courses and Claude reminded me that they didn’t really support my main goals or that I didn’t really need them. It was a good reminder, but sometimes I feel like I’m being left behind or I have FOMO and it’s actually feeling kind of stressful. So I wanted to know how you have been handling this and keeping your priorities but also not getting left behind

Her main strategy is having a consistent rhythm—Thursdays as her "tech playground day" and Fridays/weekends for playing around and learning, while Monday–Wednesday stays focused on core work—though she admits it doesn't always stick perfectly. As for feeling "left behind," she pushes back on that story by asking specific questions like "left behind who, left behind what," reminding herself she's not an AI teacher and doesn't need to be the expert, and recognizing that compared to most industries (like her husband's Fortune 500 company), she and her clients are actually far ahead, not behind.
