Kate's take, in a sentence or two

Kate uses AI throughout her writing process—as an editor and brainstorming partner rather than something that just spits out finished content for copy-pasting. She relies on it for research, figuring out pillar content and SEO/GEO strategy, and drafting/editing, using a custom GPT trained on her brand voice (built from her Antisocial SEO course materials). She also outsources some blog posts to her assistant Tara (who uses AI too), while writing more personal content like income reports herself, often by uploading her diary and monthly numbers and asking AI to identify themes—with the whole process taking about two hours per post, especially when repurposing transcripts from podcasts or calls.
