I’m also curious now that you’re building claude skills, do you also have claude agents? or do you use working artifacts? i created an AI sales researcher but im not sure how to save it in the claude memory bank (skill, artifact, agent) and im curious what you do.

Kate uses Claude AI multiple times daily along with Cowork and artifacts, but hasn't used Claude Code yet and isn't sure how it differs from what she already does. For "agents," she relies on scheduled tasks in Cowork, running several daily for different purposes. With artifacts, she mainly builds them for delivery (like interactive tools for NBA 2.0 courses), but has also made personal ones—like a med tracker for her father-in-law and herself, and a pattern-tracking tool for things like her health cycle—and now uses several of the NBA 2.0 tools she built, like the edit calendar and cyclical planning system, for her own use too.
