Kate said it was surprisingly easy—she just told Codex her problem (downloading all her Kartra-hosted videos and transcribing them into TXT files) and let it figure out the "how," using its browser tool to log in and download, then its built-in transcription capability. She spent roughly $50–$100 funding the OpenAI API in small increments, letting tasks run in the background while she worked on other things, which was far cheaper than hiring someone or using third-party tools. Her next step is renaming the transcription files for easier identification, which she plans to tackle the same way—by bringing Codex the problem rather than a solution.
