How do you stay grounded and focused in your business when there is content and things to attend everywhere around you? Do you ebb and flow between consuming/learning and doing/implementing? 🤩
Kate's answer
Kate's take, in a sentence or two
Kate says she naturally cycles between "back end" learning/systems phases (like exploring AI tools with Claude and Lovable) and more visible, forward-facing launch periods, and she's learned to follow that energy rather than force herself to be "on" all the time. Because she now has solid systems and traffic in place, she can spend a quiet month like February focused on internal projects with her contractors and still hit strong numbers without any outward launches. She stays grounded not by being consistently focused, but by practicing acceptance of her natural ebbs—including the scattered or overwhelmed periods that come with managing chronic illness—rather than expecting herself to be steady all the time.
